Appears to reduce condensation throughout the house even though it remains in one area. Because of its apparent efficiency it is not used every day It is also light enough to carry upstairs if neccessary. In my circumstances this was a good buy.

I have ordered a 2500 oil heater this week but I sure hope it's of better quality than this overpriced garbage. Get a small dehumider for an extra £20 or thr moisture bags.

Put this in my porch and it soaks up about 500ml every few weeks. Silent discreet and effective. Easy to empty and clear when full. Paid about £25 and worth every penny.

Based on the website description I ordered Omnidry 12l on 26.12.2025 as it had a laundry mode . The humidifier I received was Model PB-18,which did not have laundry mode .When I contacted customer services I was informed that the Omnidry12l corresponded to model delivered PB-18. I then sent a screenshot of the website description and received an apology regarding the misinformation on the website regarding the laundry mode .i was offered free collection and a refund .As requested I I confirmed full address, phone number and preferred collection dates .That was 4 days ago ,but I have had no further response from customer services.
Unfortunately to date I can’t say anything positive about my experience of ordering a Pro Breeze product .
