It is a little noisy but does the job very well. Little bit heavy to carry from room to room but there is a handle which helps.

The dehumidifier doesn't work at all, there is so much water on my windows. When returning the product, Pro breeze doesn't allow unopened items to be returned and the address they give isn't viable. So I was unable to return any of the items I bought. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. The customer service is very poor. In short don't buy any products from them.

Well-designed although rather large. It does remove musty smells to a large degree which was the desired outcome so really pleased about that. Some kind of carrier or carrying strap would make moving it to empty easier and reduce the chance of spillages.

It's a wonderful bit of kit - in the recent gales water was blown into my garden shed leaving it extremely wet with a humidity of over 80%. It's now drying out nicely and I've forgotten how many times I've emptied the reservoir.

Disappointed! I was expecting much more from this. Our bathroom is quite small with an extractor fan so I thought this would solve the problem of water running down the walls outside the shower area when showering but it has only made a very slight difference. I have tried putting it in different positions, but it makes no difference. Guess I’m still going to have to search for a solution ☹️

Works very well. I use this in my kitchen and it collects a lot of water and needs emptying each day. It operates for most of the day so its probably having an impact on my electricity bill. But overall its one of the best ones I've had.

I found pulling out the water drawer was difficult for me and if not very careful water was on the carpet.
I tried the laundry mode and now can’t get any other mode. Pressed M button and initial LC comes up. I don’t know what it means or what to do. There is nothing in the instructions so I can’t use it for what I bought it for

East to use and brilliant when using to dry laundry. My only issue was inability to connect to WiFi. Would still recommend though.
