Really not a great product at all doesn't seem to actually do anything. Had it on constantly for almost a week and the tank is 1/4 full however the small room I am using it in is still experiencing humidity issues a waste of £34 and will now be having to buy something a little pricier

Considering its supposed to be the quietest version its pretty noisy. Also doesn't seem to cut out when humidity is reached in auto mode. Expected better as its not a cheap option.

Great heater overall works well and good heat output. Easy to control with both touchscreen on the heater and using the remote control. Timer can be set to auto turn off the heater and eco mode switches power levels to minimize energy usage. Only downside and the reason for knocking a star off is that I bought the smart version and it doesn't enter wifi mode to pair it to the app.

Well constructed and efficient. Quickly delivered well packaged and basic wheel assembly. Be warned though the thermostat is so off as to be useless and don't get the 'smart app' version at all. the app (and on unit controls) only has a high default temperature upon wakeup and you have to create a scheduled event (ie on off) per day. all combined this makes remote control completely ineffective. My advice is to seek another design.

Yes the dehumidifier is working well. Only have it on all afternoon and evening but it's amazing how much water it collects.

Let's not kid ourselves, there's nothing economical about heating houses using electricity, but if you're after an oil filled Radiator then this one will fit the requirements.
I needed a replacement for the fan heater I was using to heat a home office of 20 cubic meters. The fan was too noisy each time it came on, so the Oil Filled Radiator satisfied this requirement being totally silent. It also heats up quickly and just heated the room from 6 degrees to 20 in 1 hour.
However, the electronic controls are of questionable value. The thermostatic under-reads massively. If you want to get to 20 degrees I suggest setting the Radiator to 15 or 16 degrees. I haven't used the remote control and can't see the use of it really. If you're going to use it, you need to be close enough to read the display on the radiator so you may as well use the radiator control panel! As for the Phone App control, it's fine when it's up and connected but the connection is extremely temperamental and can't be relied on.
Overall, I think the old style analogue/mechanical controls would be just as good, but as this digital version was actually cheaper I thought I'd give it a go and I'm still happy with it.

We use these in our caravan whilst stored for the winter. We periodically check them as it absorbs moisture really well.

Been using this since about August and so far so good is helping to dry out my bedroom after damp and mold issue.

Auto mode does not work and switch off once humidity levels have reached. Customer service slow to reply and no contact number to speak to anyone.

The gall of this company, sending an email asking me to review a product that on delivery was left outside my front door, subsequently stolen and whom do not respond to emails requesting a refund, forcing me to take legal action. Do not trust this company with your money, you're very likely to regret it. Would I tell my friends about Pro Breeze? Damn right I will, along with as many members of the public as possible...

Aa this was recommended bu Good housekeeping, i decided to buy this rather than cheaper make/ model my mum purchased, which she was happy with. I paid for next day delivery but it didnt arrive until evening a day late. I messaged and was refunded postage quickly. In regards to use, im really dissapointed. Firstly i found it heavy and difficult to move on the carpet and i have a bad back. Secondly instructions not straight forward. Machine is noisy! I put in a small bedroom, with door closed from around 7pm and at 10am following day, clothes or airer still wet. Couple of days later had condensation on windows in morning. Shut door put on approx a metre away, few hours later, no difference. In comparison to my mums 12l De Longhi, which she uses in bigger room, no comparison. I am really upset that i have wasted money on sonething with no benefit. I would be better off buying a heated airer again, which was much more efficient. Dont know what i can do about this but i will explore my options as very unhappy.

We purchased our ProBrezze 20L, to help with my COPD, as high humidity isn't good for us.COPD suffers.
I'm very impressed, it has helped my breathing, coughing less, definitely feeling the benefit from it.
We are surprised in the amount of water it collects, house is definitely warmer.
Washing Drying mode is very handy & definitely works,
Having the function Smart WiFi is very helpful.

Impressive service by, and delivery from ProBreeze. Equally impressive performance from the product. Couldn't believe how quickly and how much water is collected, and certainly dries the washing far faster.
