This dehumidifier works great but doesn't have a laundry mode. Checked on google for the best setting and it dries clothes really well. Time it for 8 hours overnight and it works.Would have given 5 stars with laundry mode.

I still have not recive my dehumidifier for which I paid on 17.11. The contact with customer service is very poor. I only recive one email telling me that my order got lost in transit and asked me if I want a refund or replacement. I answered straight away and asked for replacement and never heard back. I have sent so many emails and still nothing. Now I don't even know if they sending me a new one or completely forgot about me. I am so disappointed.

I thought I was buying a quality product from a reputable company but I was wrong on both counts, I received a faulty product and thankfully they replaced it but the replacement was also faulty when I tried contacting them about this they will not respond to any of my emails.
The problem is that the fan never goes off when the desired humidity is reached, and it should go off approximately 1-2 minutes after the compressor stops this will lead to the fan burning out and possibly catching fire or at least failing after a short time as unless I manually reset the dehumidifier the fan will run 24/7 365 days a year, this dehumidifier is designed to be set and left to come on and off as the humidity goes up and down but it has a design/software problem

I’m amazed at how quietly this little machine works. I’ve had a problem with condensation on the windows, and mould was starting to form. This product is an absolute must for anyone with condensation issues
.we have had other brands before this one but they are no where near the performance of this. It really is that good it's in a class of it's own. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Super fast at extracting the moisture from the air quite and surprisingly light in comparison to similar size models. Tank is easy to empty. Whole product is excellently presented with great build quality

The first one I was sent was faulty so I was very weary about whether this would actually reduce the condensation in my house but when the replacement arrived I was pleasantly surprised. My washing dried much quicker and I can now get rid of the condensation in the house.

Effective for mild damp problems

It is quite noisy and I can normally sleep with a fan on so it may be no good if you want to use it during the night. It started collecting water within a few hours in a medium sized bedroom with 50 - 70% humidity. Very easy to empty. Happy with it but doubt it'd be powerful enough for serious damp or mould problems.
