They want me to return item, by bringing it to nearest parcel shop. After this incident, it makes me feel like I have to do everything just for them to correct their mistake. I emailed them as soon as possible, not hearing back soon. Then I messaged them thru WhatsApp and saying I did receive the right item but how would you have received the right item if the code from the receipt is totally different from what you have received? And after purchasing this item, day after balckcfriday reduced all prices. And after all that I hadto experience this. I have read good reviews on this product but after this bad experience, i felt neglected.

Worked really well and quietly but only for a year before it broke possibly because there's no way to clean dust out of it.

Really very good. Heats up room space surprisingly well - Easy to use controls heats up quickly and holds heat well after switching off - 2500Kw of electric not inexpensive but still good value for money !

I bought this dehumidifier as it was recommended by Which magazine.. and I needed a good one to deal with the damp problem I have. The item is a great compact size on wheels so it can be moved easily. In the first week I was emptying it out daily as it had worked wonders sucking up the dampness. It was a good buy

Turned it on for the second time from date of delivery, clear fault with error messaging and not working correctly.
Contacted customer support who after 2 days have given me generic advice about turning the machine on and off. Still awaiting any meaningful action or reply.

Very pleased with product, makes it easier to sleep at night when in bedroom, deffinately improves air quality, we were surprised by the amount of water in the tank. Deffinately helps drying of washing inside,early days yet to know about reliability, cost of running and wether it replaces a dryer.

All good. Clear instructions. You need to experiment to get the best setting for your situation. For a full washing machine load we use heated airer (Lakeland) for two hours and 3/4 hours with the ProBreeze. Previously we used the airer for longer(10pph) and leave overnight to air. Happy with purchase.
