Milk Frother - Black
This was a replacement for another frother that had stopped working within the 1 year warranty. Customer services were very good and sent me a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement had a fault out of the box and they are now refunding me. So good customer service but unreliable product.

OmniDry 20L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier with Laundry Mode and Smart App Control
It struggles to get down below 52% humidity and the auto off function doesn’t turn off after going below the desired level. Other than the it’s a good quite product with a good design which fits into our home.

Extremely disappointed
Osmo® 1.3L Moisture Absorber with 700g Tablet - Pebble
Very disappointed and feel I have wasted my money (which I cannot afford to do )
I have put this on my window sill in the bedroom for the last 3 days and it has collected no moisture at all but windows this morning as full of condensation
I didn't expect miracles but I dud expect some improvement
Extremely disappointing x yet again something that promises results but doesn't deliver
I had to put 1 star as it wouldn't proceed empty but I wouldn't give it any if I had the option

I have ordered for the same and got delivered a used dehumidifier, there were scratch marks and scuffs on the body and vaporised water in the water level monitoring see through area. Purchased this to use but I haven’t got a chance to use it yet!

OmniWarm 2500W Oil Filled 11 Fins Eco Radiator Heater With Digital Display and Smart App Control - White
It's a false advertisement as states it has smart functionality but clearly delivers an item you can buy for £79.99 from Dunhelm but charges customer £99.99 without gadgets it promotes. Shocking

I bought a Pro-beeze dessicated dehumidifier last Winter and loved it. It wasn't too noisy and was very efficient. Unfortunately, after a break in the Summer, I turned it back on and it had stopped collecting water. I contacted Pro-breeze for advice and in less than a week, i was sent a brand new device. The customer service agent I spoke to was so helpful and polite. My emails were responded to incredibly quickly. My faith in human nature has been completely restored. I love my dehumidifier and will never buy anything else other than a Pro-breeze. Thank you.

10L Desiccant Dehumidifier With Heating Setting
We have so much condensation on the roof panels, dripping water everywhere, a bit of study and recommendations led us to a desiccant device! It is fantastic, it cleared the condensation so quickly! Easy to use on auto! Best tool ever!

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
Great little dehumidifier and does exactly what it says! I have a bigger pro breeze for drying laundry and for bigger rooms and they both work so well. The bigger one has a grab handle which is easier to move around so I’d recommend a better handle for this one too and the tank is a bit more fiddly to remove and replace on this but overall it’s low energy and works like a dream so 5 stars 🌟

This is a brilliant bit of kit. It's very efficient & effective. It mimics my hygrometer so I know it's accurate. It's very quiet & I am so pleased I bought the Pro Breeze. The filter is very easy to clean & I like that I can use either the draining pipe or just within the unit. I highly recommend this.

Unit arrived earlier than expected! Box was slightly damaged as expected however it did not switch on when powered up. The high level cutoff switches seemed to work but as it didn't operate (no led light power light when powered up) unit had to be returned. Cannot comment on its operational condition.

Just what I needed to keep my summer house at a safe humidity level for the winter. A normal dehumidifier did not work at low winter temperatures. My Pro-Breeze works well and does exactly what I expected it to.

25L Dehumidifier with 6.5L Water Tank
Glad I bought a more powerful model for the downstairs of my house. I’m happy with it. It’s well designed and effective, at 55% humidity, 19 C it needs emptying at least once per day. The fan is powerful and quite loud but that’s necessary for lots of air to flow through the unit. Instructions say do not use with an external timer switch but it has a basic timer built in that lets you set number of hours it will run for or pause for, useful if you get cheaper electricity overnight. Water tank is sturdy and easy to empty.

Perfect for helping to dry indoor washing. Amazed at how much water is collected.
