I ordered the Wi-Fi enabled version of this radiator and set it up, only to find that I was unable to connect it to the app as advertised. After some investigation, I discovered that I had actually been sent the non-Wi-Fi version, which explains the issue.
I contacted ProBreeze to report the problem, and after several emails, a collection was arranged. Unfortunately, they informed me that the correct model would only be sent after the incorrect unit had been received and processed at their warehouse — a disappointing policy considering they already had my payment.
I received a return label, printed it, attached it to the box, and waited in all day on the agreed collection date. However, the courier never arrived, which caused further inconvenience and delay.
In the brief time I was able to test the radiator, I can say that it heated up quickly and looked well made, but the customer service experience has been very poor.
Overall, I would rate the product performance as promising, but the service and fulfilment process deserve no more than one star.

It says frequently returned, and I think that might be because amazon pick up points turn it away for being too big. Mine did. Usually Amazon alerts you if the pick up can't accept it, but not for this one.
