Was abit sceptical at first but this fan is absolutely brilliant would highly recommend and my dog loves it as it covers the floor as well as the room

Great fan, excellent quality. Very pleased!

The product died within 24 hours of owning it. Used it for one evening and it never turned on again.

No one from ProBreeze has helped me.

Good fan remote can be a bit temperament cools a small/medium room does rock a bit when on fall speed but does what it needs to do

This fan is awesome. Powerful yet silent, reliable and very sleek. On lower settings it's super silent and provides a light breeze, just right if it's not too hot but you still required some airflow. On higher settings, it's really powerful and circulates the air wonderfully keeping you cool. It's a great alternative to much more expensive brands even though the price increased from last year. I have 3 of these at home, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them and couldn't recommended them more.

The fan noise at low speed takes a while to get used to if you are using the air conditioner in the bedroom. On my smartphone the ambient noise is 48db, and with the fan on low it's 68db. Although the sound meter app on my phone has not been calibrated, I'm sure the difference of 20db is accurate. I had to use ear plugs to begin with, but now I have almost got used to the noise and can sleep without ear plugs. It would be good if when the room has reached the desired temperature the fan speed should reduce to a minimum speed to maintain that temperature. The Pro Breeze does a good job in getting the room temperature to my setting of 18c quickly even on low fan speed.

Bought for my son to help dry his washing, works like a dream he's very pleased with it.

Brilliant

I Love this AC Unit. It's Quite Slim considering it's Power and it does what it says it does. It was Very easy to set up. First I let it sit for just over 2 hours before use (as recommended). It's Very Heavy. But AC's are Heavy. Especially when they are as powerful as this one. It goes with the territory. It has Wheels under it and a Hole for your hands on each side so it's quite easy to move around in spite of the weight. When I switched it on it was like Heaven when I stood right in front of it. It was so Hot in London that Day. The Ice Cold air was Fantastic and even helped to calm me down during a Panic attack one time. I let the air Blast up the front of my T shirt and it was Glorious. lol The Temperature and humidity in my Lounge drops in no time. :) The Phone App is well Handy too. My Pro-Breeze 12000BTU had a Vibration which made it louder so I got in touch with the Company Via their website. Maybe I should have contacted them through Amazon I don't know but it was no problem at all. Pro-Breeze got back to me quickly by Email and we got it sorted out with No Fuss whatsoever. The man who emailed me was Brilliant (Louis). Very helpful and understanding and responded quickly every time. And even Thanked me for my part in returning the unit. (Boxing up and Printing the Return Slip he sent me by email). TIP: Keep the Box and the Polystyrene inside the box for as long as you can just in case it needs to go back. (Although I think it's unlikely). My Friend in Wales bought one as well and his one is Perfect. In fact I bought mine because of how Good his Pro-Breeze 12000BTU is. :) UPS Needs it Boxed for Returns. And Pro-Breeze will email you a return Slip to Print out or get Printed out and stick to the Box. I had cut the plastic straps off my Box to open it so I just bought some 'Tie Down Straps 4 Pack Heavy Duty 2M Tensioning Belts' cheaply from Amazon (Same Day Delivery) To keep it all together when UPS picked it up. Then UPS or whatever courier they send will take it back for you no problem if needed. (They can't take a Loose item and can't take it if there is no return slip). Louis at Pro- Breeze arranged for UPS to Pick up my AC on a day when I would be home. :) Pro-Breeze apparently already have a Very Good Reputation for Customer Service and they didn't dissapoint. I am So pleased the way it worked out and would Buy from Pro-Breeze again in the future without hestitation. Thank You Pro-Breeze. You know how to treat Your Customers. 5 Stars Absolutely :) Cheers Bret - London England.

It cools well my office but it's very loud... for bedrooms at night.

Really pleased the fan is quiet and efficient.

I recently purchased two Refurbished - 12L Dehumidifier's and to be honest the condition looked new and the price was fantastic. I had a problem with one item and the support team were great. The issue was resolved above and beyond my expectation. First class service and many thanks.

In the description it says "lasts for up to 100 days". However I'm on day 12 and the tablet has almost dissolved therefore its efficacy is significantly less than as described. I think 15 days is more accurate. In real terms you'll need a minimum of six tablets to get to the 100 days that the manufacturer claims! Whilst it seems effective having to replace a tablet (£4) after 15 days it becomes extremely expensive. Based on my experience with the Osmo it's going to cost you a touch under £100 to run it for a year. It's far from economical and far too expensive to run. Including the original buying price you could get a high end efficient dehumidifier.

Blows so well!!!!!!

Worked well for 2 weeks then compressor or something inside made an awful noise and luckily this was within the return window.

The fan cools the room well but cannot use the oscillating feature as it squeaks when oscillating, hence 3 stars.

The aircon unit around a week later than it was supposed to despite multiple requests for updates and little response. The unit itself really cools down the bedroom really quickly but is much to noisy to leave on overnight.

Pleased with this fan. Much better than just a bladed one.

Really quiet and cooling. Aesthetically pleasing and sturdy without being bulky. Best fan ever certainly die it's job of keeping quite a large room cool on a low setting. Arrived quickly.
