The company really needs to review & reassess their customer service, it is non existent, unhelpful and extremely frustrating
The product itself is great so far but I would seriously reconsider purchasing from this organisation again

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - Black
Utterly unimpressed, not received the dehumidifier despite it being nearly 2 weeks after purchasing and was ordered with 2-working day delivery. When I look on tracking it still says the item has not even reached the courier yet. Contacted Pro-Breeze countless times to no avail and have still had no response back, only automated services. Utterly, utterly unimpressed with seemingly no way to get a refund. Very poor customer service.

Countertop Ice Cube Maker - 2L Self-Cleaning Machine With 15kg Daily Output - Black
This product although quite chunky, it works perfectly and make ice extremely quickly with no hassle. The instructions are quick to read and not a long winded book, but straightforward. We love it.

works but not well
1000ml Dehumidifier with 4-hour Timer and LED Light
i have this on constantly in my bedroom and I still have condensation on my windows and still go through the same amount of disposable dehumidifiers as before using this. wish there was more effort put into the efficiency of this thing collecting water rather than all the fancy light modes and touch screen buttons.

I ordered this on 31st December apparently on a 2 working day delivery. I appreciate it’s been new year, but it’s now been 5 working days and still no progress on the tracking app - I’m very disappointed in Pro breeze as there is no way other than an automated email which gives generic reasons for delay !
I would appreciate being contacted to explain where my order is

Happy with item. Very disappointed with the person who delivered item as it came a day before I was told it would come(did get text at last minute)so I wasn't in but left a note to leave with a neighbour, but he didn't just left it at my door, so lucky it didn't get taken

Spare-Part Caster Wheels (4 units as a set)
After ordering a dehumidifier on cyber Monday ( early December ) and receiving it with damaged wheels ,customer services finally contacted me nearly four weeks later.
They promised to sent replacement wheels but as of yet I still haven’t received them, it’s now 8th January.

Don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, but it’s not drying the laundry which is why I bought it , so a bit disappointed when that’s what it’s suppose to do

Noisy with poor moisture collection.
1000ml Dehumidifier with 4-hour Timer and LED Light
Since I was small in the 80s there's been a small dehumidifier in our house so I know what to expect from a dehumidifier. My parents hand me down Toshiba is still working away quietly and steadily. I recently also bought a large meaco which I use to good effect to help quietly dry the laundry in our spare room. From my research it seems small dehumidifiers just don't work well. This did the job in a small bathroom which is about 5.5sq mtrs. I don't think it would work sufficiently well in a room much bigger the water it collected overnight was laughable. It's certainly too loud to have in a bedroom with you. On the plus side I can use it with a smart plug without having to switch it on myself. 50eur is cheap also but it does feel cheap also. It's lightweight and not too easy to grip as a result. It may fill over a week but that's no use to you if you know what a decent dehumidifier extracts in comparison.
