I’m not 1 to complain but I must say I’m very disappointed with Probreeze. Damaged item received, completed their contact form straight away. And 6 days later still no response. No telephone number to call so no way to get anything sorted. To be honest it doesn’t matter if the product is good because the service is 0/10. Wish I used my credit card so I could make a claim via them instead. Maybe someone will reach out to me after this poor review.

Order placed on 2nd December 2024. Despite receiving an email confirming that the order was "ready to ship," it has still not been dispatched.
I have reached out on several occasions via email to seek clarification and resolution, but I have received no response. This lack of communication and delay in service is unacceptable and falls far below my expectations as a customer.
Handling of this situation has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I will not be using their services again in the future.

You have used yodel to deliver and they have failed to do so. They have fabricated an attempt delivery on their system. I suggest you consider changing courier. Not only this but they are a nightmare to get in touch with. A formal complaint has been made.
