not happy with the customer service as I purchased a 3 year guarantee when I ordered the dehumidifier trying to get it is a nightmare if I'd known this company operates like this I'd have bought elsewhere !!

Your replacement service is 5* but it doesn't solve the problem of why these units fail after a short time. I have now had 3 of these units, 2 of which have failed after a short time. If you sorted out the problem, everything would be fine. I hope I will not have to report another failure on the replacement.

only giving four stars because although it does have a timer, you still need to turn it off once the time it's done. according to the manufacturer. so I can't leave it on and just forget about it.

6L Compact Dehumidifier
I bought this on line and it arrived with a huge crack on the bottom . The box was fully intact.
I reported it damaged on the 14th of October and it was well over a week before I had a response asking for a photo . I sent a photo the same day and now on the 28th of October 6 days after my last email to them still no reply or solution. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and have spent £89.99 on a product I cannot use .
Latest update pro breeze contacted me as I had left this review and said they would make sure this issue was resolved and it still isn’t !

This item is too small for the bedrooms I wanted to use them in. They were not effective.

30L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Smart App Control
This is the 3rd unit we have had from ProBreeze, the other two are for the upstairs a 12L and a 20L all do amazing jobs, the best one we have purchased is the 30L for the downstairs and it's absolutely amazed us how much it's drawn out, a whopping 4L a day. We have control of it via an app on the phone or you can also manually do it, all 3 units you can control via the app. We had so much moisture in the house the windows were steamed up every morning in winter, since having this unit one week so far, the windows have all been clear. The smaller units have a night mode with the units being quiet wet haven't heard them kick in often during the night, they don't disturb us so this mode in the bedrooms is great, also gives us piece of mind that any black mould is under control, no damp, no mould. Very impressed with the ProBreeze units and would definitely recommend.

20L Premium Dehumidifier with Special One-Click Laundry Mode
As a compressor dehumidifier it is loud, louder than my 'fridge or any of my freezers.
The handle for the water tank it thin and insubstantial. It won't be long before it breaks if is has to hold the weight of a full tank. Silly little bit of cheap engineering is that.
I have this in the attic or loft, by an open hatch and it isn't drying out the whole house as my desiccant one did. Even after removing three gallons of water the humidity remains 67 in the downstairs room, for some reason.

Very promptly delivered. Seems to work well , extracting about a third of a tank of water per day. Not as noisy as I feared from reading other reviews. Early days as yet

OmniDry 20L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier with Laundry Mode and Smart App Control
I have had this unit for a few weeks and can honestly say that it’s amazing! It’s very easy to use and has made a significant difference in our house. You can not only reduce damp and mold / dry your washing with the laundry mode but it also reduces your gas usage as our heating does not take half as long to get the house to temperature. This is primarily due to the fact that our central heating is not trying to heat up damp air first anymore as the air is now dryer resulting in the heating being more efficient. In our house we have to empty the self contained water tank regularly and are amazed at where the water comes from. It will auto cut out when the desired humidity is reached along with also stop if the water tank requires emptying so you can leave it run in the safe knowledge that nothing will leak out. The Smart app is simple to set up and extremely easy to use. 5 Stars all the way from us for this dehumidifier.

It is drawing out excess moisture and bringing the humidity levels down. My only criticism is the handle on the tank is flimsy to the point where it comes away from its housing and spills water on the floor when emptying it out.
