12L Dehumidifier with Built-in Humidistat
To be asked to write a review is annoying to say the least when I have not even received it! Emailed customer services who have replied saying I may have to wait a further 72 hours before anybody can deal with this. Awful. I just want a refund now

500ml Mini Dehumidifier
Works well, takes around 4 days to fill up in my conservatory and office. I have two and have had 4 failures in 6 years so not the most reliable but cheap to replace and ProBreeze customer service is excellent and have sent me several warranty replacements.

20L Premium Dehumidifier with Special One-Click Laundry Mode
I purchased a brand new probreeze dehumidifier and have emailed to explain the rattle and noise when the probreeze dehumidifier is on and no response. This was a week ago and I am disgusted at the non existent service. I will obviously take this further but appalled at the ignorance from Probreeze

2500W Oil Filled Radiator Heater with 11 Fins - White
I purchased this last week, when it arrived I unpacked it and left it to 'settle' for a few hours. I then plugged it in and turned it on and - nothing!! No light or heat, absolutely dead. Have contacted you and I need it collecting and a refund as I go abroad on Friday for 5 months and there will be no one here to return it

12L Compact Dehumidifier
We live in an old cottage prone to dampness. The 12L ProBreeze dehumidifier is a small compact unit that works very effectively at removing any excess moisture. It appears to be well made. The ordering process was very easy with very quick delivery.

OmniDry 20L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier with Laundry Mode and Smart App Control
Absolutely amazing. I’ve had this just a few days and I can’t believe the difference it is making to my home. No more musty damp smells. Lovely clear windows in the morning and definitely made it warmer. Very easy to use, extremely quiet and a good size tank. I have a small bungalow and having it in the hall is enough to dry all the rooms from the constant condensation I had.

10L Desiccant Dehumidifier With Heating Setting
My old Edwardian terrace house has the original larder which is accessed via some steps to below floor level- a tiny basement in effect. I was suspicious of damp permeating the adjacent wall and floor to my dining room - these houses do not have solid foundations and decided to invest in a dehumidifier. I chose the Probreeze for its simplicity of use and am delighted so far - it’s certainly capturing moisture !! It’s a bit experimental at the minute as I get used to the different programs but overall I think this is a really good investment.

Refurbished - 20L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Laundry Mode
When buying refurbished products as consumer you are expecting the previously used product to have been inspected in and out to be in working condition and mint or pristine condition. Well mine appeared with just a box no manual, dirty in and out. If the product arrives dirty, a reasonable person would assume that this product was not inspected at all what so ever. I've contacted the relevant team via email to ask for advice and I didn't get a reply from them.
Better buy your product either brand new or just go and search for a different brand.
