Refurbished - OmniDry 12L Quiet Dehumidifier with Max Extraction
Works as expected. Not a single scratch or mark on it. It’s definitely worth paying for a refurb unit with added 3-year cover

Refurbished - 20L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Laundry Mode
I bought this make and model because I already have one that I bought at full price a couple of years ago and I needed another to dry laundry indoors, which it does within a few hours. This current purchase is much noisier than the other one, hence four, not five stars - nonetheless it does the job.

All I can say is wow! I’m really impressed, good quality, easy to move around, does what it says, helps with drying the clothes

Cool, but not so quiet
7000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function
This definitely does the job and cools down a room. It's well built and sturdy but definitely not "quiet".Unboxing was easy, just cut the straps and lift the box off. The wheels make it super easy to move which is great bec5it is pretty heavy (about 15Kg)The included window mount was too long for my windows but that was nothing a hacksaw couldn't fix.

2000W Digital Oil-Free Radiator Heater with Eco Mode
This heater is easy to use, and heats up quickly. But this heater emits a smell, which unfortunately with my COPD disease means I cannot use.
For anyone else it’s very good.

Very good but very difficult to move on carpet

20L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Laundry Mode
I bought this for the laundry mode. I have been very impressed by the amount of water it extracts and the time it takes to do so. The only negative comments I have is that it is extremely heavy to move when trying to move it on carpet and it is also quite noisy. As an elderly person with health issues, I find I have to lift it as it does not wheel on carpet. Overall, I would recommend it.

Countertop Ice Cube Maker - 2L Self-Cleaning Machine With 15kg Daily Output - Black
1st time of use and not impressed. Too noisy, takes too long to make the cubes which are small and by the time we’ve paid for the electric we might as well have bought them from the supermarket.

30L Dehumidifier with Smart App Control
Works really well! My old house has high humidity (70%) and an old 12l was running all day full speed to maintain 58% (24m2 room). I thought about upgrading to a 20l but more is more with these kind of things. On 'low' mode it will reach my 45% set point easily. Turbo mode speeds that up and will easily reach %'s below. Size: (Bird for reference) It's a 30l 3L tank capacity. It's noticeable bigger in my living room than my old 12l of course. But sleek and compact enough. I expected it to be heavier after reading some reviews but its an easy two handed lift. I would empty the 3l tank twice a day if I was to run it 12hours Noise: Again it's a bigger dehumidifier so you definitely know it's running and should expect to. I wouldn't run it in a bedroom whilst trying to sleep but opposite end of my living room is fine. The TV easily beats it. Works well powerful unit. Definitely one to consider if you're serious about your air dehumidification.

20L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Laundry Mode
This model was recommended by my niece who is delighted with hers and wishes she had bought one sooner. I have only used it twice but was impressed with the amount of water that it collected. I am looking forward to using it more when the weather changes.

Refurbished - 1500ml Mini Dehumidifier
We have various ProBreeze and other make machines but this one is outstanding, no gimmicks like fancy lights, just does what it is meant to do, draw away moisture and damp.

2000W Ceramic Tower Fan Heater with Digital LED Display and Remote Control
I contacted the support centre a week ago to say the heater arrived in bits as the carrier you use had obviously not used any thought about how to handle the heater. no one has contacted me to resolve the issue as of today! Denis Bennett. 10/9/24.

Very Very Loud
Verified Buyer
Countertop Ice Cube Maker - 2L Self-Cleaning Machine With 15kg Daily Output - White
The unit is extremely loud, other reviews say its loud, and you just think it can't be that bad, but it really is. Leaves ice slightly melted due to the way the ice is made. However, it does make ice and it is fairly quick per batch you just need more than you would ice cubes pre-made bought from a shop.

Back of the filter draw looks like it's melted. Not an easy return either you have to pay someone to collect and wait for a refund.

Dehumidifier stopped working within the first minute of its use and burning smell was all over our house. Contacted customer service and until now waiting for their response, by far the worst customer service I have witnessed.
