Overall not bad, but the Velcro tape that comes with is very small so you have to go and purchase it all over again, so I think they’ve overpriced it and I would of not of purchased it. If I had known this the kit you get with the pro Breeze, 12,000 is sufficient, so basically I’ve wasted my money.

Have been using this dehumidifier for a week or so. Heavy but easy enough to wheel it around flat surfaces but needs to be carried into a carpeted bedroom.
Huge water tank means that it does not need to be constantly emptied. The noise level is acceptable. I have a smaller 8L one and the 30L dehumidifier is not anymore noisy. The features panel on the top is easy to handle.
My gripe is the humidifier sensor when on "auto" and the fan set on "high". I have not changed the default 50% humidity level, but it continued working even when it read 47% and at one time stopped working when it read 53%. I was looking forwatd to this being switched off automatically as my smaller one does not have this feature. I have now got to keep an eye out for the humidity level reading. Annoying.

Please note that in 'Auto' mode, the default humidity is 50%. If the room is above this then the unit will begin working. If the room humidity is lower than the set humidity by 5%, then the compressor will stop but the fan remains on.

I read the reviews on product website. Now I’ve used the dehumidifier, I’d say even though I’m operating it under stipulated conditions, it isn’t doing much in a small room with laundry. The area for taking in moisture is just so tiny, and having owned a large one in the past, I don’t know what I was thinking getting this. The reviews sold me on the product but they’re not accurate. There’s no phone number to talk about this with customer service agents, and their website just says once used, no refund. I would definitely get my money back if I could.

A good product, still in trial, but looking promising so far, have used to dry washing amazed how fast it was comparing to a dryer, can't believe the amount of water that's collected in the reservoir when house doesn't suffer with damp. Had mine for 18months and loved it. Worth its weight in gold (and that is a lot of gold believe me) and as a dehumidifier would get 4.5 stars from me all day long. Unfortunately I didn't realise that in moving the unit between the landing and the bathroom the stiff mains cable was rubbing on the casing and wearing away - until a couple of days ago when I noticed arcing coming from the back of the unit where the cable enters lighting up my bathroom like a rave. Luckily the household RCD did it's job before anything caught fire but on closer inspection I noticed the cables have worn down to the point where the core wiring is exposed. Not something I would ever have thought could be an issue.

I bought this with the specific reason of drying the washing on an airer.
Fantastic. It takes a few hours, but does a wonderful job and the washing smells so much better than air drying with the extractor fan on. I'm guessing there isn't much difference in electric costs. I would recommend to anyone, and of course, it can easily be moved from room to room for regular dehumidifying jobs. Decent length of electric cable.
