Item arrived really quickly and I am very pleased with it, thank you.

Replaced my old one for small utility room that used to extract at least 1/2 litre every 2 days and this one is extracting less then less then 50ml, same room same level of room usage, poor extraction but good customer service to resolve the matter.

Having purchased this unit, it had issues after around 2 months, though it was on constantly.
On reaching out to customer service to review my options under terms of warranty, they replace the whole unit after describing issue without any quibble.
The fast turnaround was absolutely brilliant. Customer service was excellent too from Filip. :)

Have put the unit in a built in wardrobe that suffers with damp. Checked it after one week, not much in the way of colour change. Then after the second week I could see a green tinge. I could maybe have left it for a third week, as I got the impression it would get greener still given time, but have chosen to plug it in to dry out.

Will give it approx 20hrs, which seems about right after reading the other reviews before putting it back in the wardrobe.

Whether it will reduce or prevent the damp problem entirely will take many months to know, but for now I can confirm it collects moisture and will probably need a ‘charge’ every 2-3 weeks, although I think this will obviously vary depending on the moisture level of where it’s being used.

So far so good. Happy to recommend based on early assessment.

Love that on the lowest setting it heats up a double bedroom and is portable. Would definitely recommend.

I had a small dehumidifier for years prior to buying this one from ProBreeze, so I was very disappointed when it stopped working after 3 months. My inside porch gets a lot of condensation during the cold weather, so to stop the mould I have a dehumidifier on all the time, and it collects so much moisture.

It’s always concerning when any plug is warm to the touch, so I feel I have to switch this one off more than I had to with my previous one. When it stopped working, I thought it might have been the plug burnt out, but I tried the old plug on the replacement & it worked fine, so it seems to have been the electrics inside the dehumidifier itself. The customer service team and returns process was very good and quick. Although, thankfully I had all my purchase information to hand, as I bought it through Amazon. I’m not sure it would have been so easy if I hadn’t got this information as there were lots of ‘required’ information boxes. Completing the form on my mobile phone proved impossible (& frustrating) as my picture/video was ‘required’ but the format wasn’t recognised, even with all the different ways I tried, so I had to complete on the laptop which didn’t ask for this part. Once submitted, the contact from customer services and resolution was quick, kind and hassle free. I had a new one delivered within a couple of days. This was excellent customer service and can’t fault the process one bit.

Overall I found the dehumidifier to work well, the hum when in use is not too loud and it does collect lots of moisture in a relatively quick time (obviously depending on the environment). When drying clothes inside I move the dehumidifier to the same room and it catches most of the moisture. I don’t notice any moisture in the rest of the house, and the clothes dry faster than I felt they did with my previous one. When in the porch it is dry & much warmer, without a cold draft to the rest of the house.

I am a little nervous that the new one may stop working again, but if in warranty, I’m sure it will be replaced quickly. If it stops just outside of warranty, I won’t buy this version again.

Very good and works well

When the dehumidifier finally arrived we were initially very pleased with it. However, found the instructions rather poor and it is very difficult to get upstairs as the handles are not good. But it does seem to be doing its job well

Good Looking, doing job but to noise.

Dry happy with my dehumidifier that I got for in the bedroom. It collects quite a bit of water daily yet small enough for a small bedroom.

Works well not to noisy does the job about 20 pence on sleep for a nights running.

Only been using it for a couple of weeks,so far very satisfied and surprised how much water it accumulated in a dry room

Great dehumidifier, added bonus is the laundry mode as it cuts the drying time by half

A really good dehumidifier with great features to maximise economical usage, plus it’s very pleasing on the eye. If I needed another one I would definitely return to ProBreeze.

The fan is very quiet but the drips would wake me up. The sleep mode annoyingly has the humidity set and can't be changed. I've resorted to using it in normal mode with a slow fan continueos and a book covering the light display.

Purchased for dehumidifying our boat with the continuous drain and choice of humidity or timed control being just the ticket

My dehumidifier is compact, quiet in operation and economical to run. It’s made a big difference to our house - no more condensation on windows. The ProBreeze is great for drying laundry and it is much more economical to dry laundry with the humidifier than to run the tumble drier.

Already pulled a lot of water out of a very damp house. Quiet, easy to use. Seems good quality and so far I consider this a good buy.
