Really pleased.

Arrived 24 hours after ordering, kept updated by Pro Breeze on shipping. It is small and compact but very efficient. I like the different coloured light on the front to advise of the rooms humidity. I find it quite quiet in use. I like the included continuous drain hose so not having to purchase later.

My old dehumidifier is on its last legs and with all the rain we have been having was concerned that basement recently renovated 3 yrs ago will start to have damp again even though been treated to prevent it. Rather be safe then sorry I was attracted to this product immediately due to good reviews.
Product was easy to set up and have been working in the room ever since and already emptied twice which I was shocked at. Recommend to anyone who needs one!!

Works extremely well --now own two as they are so useful-great for drying clothes as well as dehumidifying--highly recommended

Didn’t realise how much humidity was in the house … the laundry mode is brilliant , no more condensation !! Absolutely brilliant , great buy, and great price too !

Customer services were great. Sent replacement no problem which is working fine. Will have no problem getting another one when needed

Great service from pro breeze

I love this product for taking as much moisture out of the air as it is. It is quite noisy so cannot have it on at night but having it on during the day is fine.

2nd one absolutely fantastic don't hesitate buy one you won't regret.

seems to be fit for the purpose it was bought for. Remove moisture from a cold bedroom.
Noisier than I expected and timer function not very intuitive.

Really happy with dehumidifier. Easy to set up. Clear instructions and easy to move around and empty water tank. So far performing well. Gutted that it was reduced by £15 two days after purchase .

It's perfect 10/10, thank you.

Bought this first full price and the dare this got delivered the oroduct went on sale. Not sure whom to contact at ProBreeze

After informing you of an issue and sending you a video of the faulty dehumidifier you agreed to send me a replacement. This is working well.

Excellent product does exactly what it says on the label

Great machine for this price range. Took nearly a tankful of water out of the air in my park home in two days and is keeping it under 42 degrees just by running couple of hours in the morning. Thoroughly recommend it.

We purchased the pro breeze dehumidifier when old one started leaking, works well so far and absolutely brilliant for drying the laundry indoors. Very quiet very happy.

Edited** I will leave the original review ..
Customer service, Emma got in touch with me very quickly after I left a review and I have received a full refund for my faulty product. Thank you very much. :)

I purchased this well over a year, it worked wonderfully for around 3 months (maybe longer!) It was great for drying clothes, great for night time (quiet) and looks quite stylish (if you're bothered by that!) , however it suddenly started to trip our electrics! It did this constantly untill we realised what it was. After notifying pro breeze the customer service was good, they let me keep the broken one 🤷 and sent me a new one with a massive attachment on the socket. This has worked fine up untill the past few weeks it started tripping our electrics again? So strange. We've tried in our neighbours house where it also tripped their electrics. I have contacted customer services and assumed I would be covered under warranty as the currently dehumidifier is only 11 months old. This isn't the case. Apparently I am not covered. I now have another dodgy dehumidifier that I can't use. Customer service unhelpful all they did was wish me a good day....... I won't be buying a pro breeze to replace this one that's for sure 🤦🤦

easy to operate with either manual settings or remote control. Thermostat control which is a very handy function. As others have said the initial smell is awful. Took almost 3 days before the smell disappeared and that was with windows open.
I would say rad is well worth the money and I would recommend it.
