Excellent!

Quality product ended up ordering 3 great buy

Very happy with this product, well worth the money.

More like a giant fan than an air conditioner. Didn’t really cool the room, just the area the vents were pointing to. The window fixings are not suitable for UK windows unless you have sash windows. Made do with the material window seal on our door but very fiddly and couldn’t close the door whilst still attached so had to take off and reapply every day.

excellent very pleased with it.

Really pleased with this fan - just what I needed really cool really quiet and looks very cool too.
The remote works well and even when it turns its really quiet so I can happily have it on at night for a couple of hours before sleep. A considered purchase more expensive than some but worth it so far!

First the negatives: it's quite big, it's heavy and it's quite noisy, even on low setting. On the plus side though, it does what it's meant to. There are 3 functions - cool, fan and dry. Cool is your air conditioning where the refrigerant kicks in, this is your loudest option, but it gets a decent size room cool nice and quickly. Fan mode is similar, but doesn't provide a much cooling because it only runs the fan. Dry mode acts as a dehumidifier, drawing moisture from the air, which for me makes this unit useful all year round, not just when it's boiling outside. You do need to use the house provided, so yay may limit you to keeping it relatively close to the window (unless you want to get a load of extensions). The actual pipe is quite rigid, although this works well to bend and hold it's position. There are two window kits in the packaging, one for sliding windows (works with horizontal or vertical), and the other for hinge opening windows, like I have. The only problem with the kit for hinge opening is an aesthetic one, you have to attach it by adding velcro steps to the window frame and the window surrounds, which doesn't look great, particularly when you remove the kit and aren't using the unit, but it is what it is. The unit is on wheels, so it's easy enough to move around (not so easy on carpet though). There's a remote control, which is probably what you'll use to control the unit most, but setting up the app was relatively straightforward, although the name of the app on the Google play store has been changed since the instructions were printed. Once I set up the app I was able to connect the unit to WiFi (note that it needs to be on a 2.4ghz network), and from there it was easy to link the app to Alexa, and control it via my Echo. All in all I'm very impressed for the price (bought while on offer).

It was ideal for what we wanted it for, to use with a power station in the back of our van directly cooling down our dog travelling in warm weather. Would have liked the oscillating just to have covered a little wider area. But it’s a very smart looking cooler.

I haven't tried the humidification settings yet but the fan is great and very powerful. A little noisier than I expected but it's no worse than my old desk fan. I'm witholding a star because I think the customer service/admin could do a bit better. The website said next day delivery but it took 2 days to be dispatched. I got no notifications after the order confirmation and had to email them twice to find out what was happening. I had no idea when it was going to be delivered so I was out when it arrived, The big heavy box was left with my neighbour and no text or card to tell me this had actually happened. The day after my order the product was reduced by £20, a little irked but I guess that's life sometiimes,

Not very powerful

extremely satisfied does what it says helps to keep you cool

I would give this product 5 star but I've given it 4, this is a brilliant air cooler, I love all the features, and the remote control is great if I'm at my desk, I you put extra ice in the water chamber, it really cools a room down, my only issue, and a silly issue, is the placement of the cable, it comes out the machine up the top, which can be a tripping hazard when plugged into the wall I have found, it would be a lot safer if it came out the near the bottom, you would also get the full extension of the cable,

Otherwise, great buy for the price, you won't be disappointed

The only problem I found was the add on to fit around window doesn't fit, it will fit a sliding window but not a pull out window but it's free with the appliance so not complaining good air unit

I purchased this last year and had a full years use out of it, it is perfect in every way and better still is the customer service, they are so helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommend 5 star+

Could have done with a longer hose pipe to reach up to the window, but nothing a hose extender kit didn't fix.

I had similar to these for many years and they worked perfectly. Recently I found these cartridges and very happy with them because it was difficult to find. I will definitely buy them again later

Qite a nice unit ahlthough the ocillation part seems rather slow

It’s easy set up though very heavy for those not a body builder to carry upstairs . Wished there was an option to include accessories for patio door as atm door is ajar while aircond is on . Pleased with it I bought another smaller 9000 BTU for my bed room . Waiting for arrival … it’s not 24 hours like the other first one it seems … been several days waiting

Excellent

Not very cold even with ice in
