Amazing customer service
32" Bladeless Tower Fan and Air Purifier
I've been enjoying this fan for the last year. It was an excellent and cheeper replacement for an older Dyson fan. This last week the fan developed a problem but the sellers were amazing. Quick replies and offered an immediate replacement - I was so impressed with the team from "one retail group" and would definitely buy from them again!

10L Portable Air Cooler with Advanced Cooling Technology - 4 Operating Modes
A good air cooler & it's not noisy as some reviewers have stated. I got mine just before a sudden rise in temperature & I was very glad I did. I particularly like the timer which I used when going to sleep. I'm very pleased with it and would recommend it.

1800W Mini Ceramic Fan Heater - Black
I have not yet used it, but it looks excellent, and if it does as those things which are promised, it will be just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I did test it for sound, and found that its sound is not intrusive. In this respect it is certainly as advertised.

20L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Laundry Mode
The dehumidifier 20L is very noisy. It is quite strange to switch off, the machine is suddenly vibrating and off immediately. With my past experience of using dehumidifiers, it is normal to completely turn off gradually in a minute but not vibrations. Other than that, overall is fine, especially in the removal of humid air in my toilet.

4.2L Air Fryer with Digital Display
ProBreeze has recalled certain units, the one I had was included, and offered refund or an alternative model.
I chose the alternative AF1, which arrived very soon after the initial email and phone discussion s.
Early days of ownership, but all is well ant the new AF1 cooks well. It is larger than my previous one so takes up more worktop space.

Excellent product .
30L Dehumidifier with Smart App Control
Item arrived well ahead of given dates which was good . Well packaged . It is a little on the heavy side but has wheels so it's relatively easy to move although a little awkward to carry up stairs . It is super efficient at dehumidifying and the tank holds 3 litres + . Very pleased with my purchase .
