12,000 BTU 4-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner, Heater with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
Spoken to Karren regarding the air con faulty and after exchanging a couple of emails she suggested to send me another unit to replace the faulty one.
I received the new unit which is working fine. Thank you KARREN!.
In order to avoid these unpleasant inconvenience for both parties I would suggest to test the air con units before sending to the customers.

I think i was expecting something that got colder than it does , having said that the options you have and a timer plus a remote control are very useful.

Works really well
7000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function
As usual I read reviews and doubted if I should buy but glad I did, within 15 minutes a hot room is bearable again. It's no louder than I expected, when on full speed it's similar to when your car air con is on full blast. There was a minor defect with mine that I noticed on delivery and the exceptional customer service immediately sent out a new one and let me keep the original also.

It works, just sounds very noisy, like being in the back of a refrigerated truck.

This is absolutely brilliant!! A great size, Like a fridge freezer, it needs to be set up and left to settle for a few hours before using. Great instructions, Fill up with water and choose the size cube you want. Very clever, Fascinating to watch. 8 ice cubes in 9 minutes. Brilliant when you need ice quickly

10L Portable Air Cooler with Advanced Cooling Technology - 4 Operating Modes
The product itself is decent. It's not an air conditioner, so dont expect the same level of cold air to flow. However, it has done the job so far by "cooling" the air. The product is compact. For me, it's a bit too loud at night, and the cable isn't that long, so you may need to invest in an extension socket. Overall, it's a good product.

40" Bladeless Tower Fan - White
I was looking for a new fan because mine was too noisy and I have to say I am not disappointed by this fan. This product is very quiet and powerful. With 4 modes to adjust to different needs. I am really happy and satisfied as it blows strong air across my bedroom with no noise. It has quite a large oscillation which is perfect to get cold air around the room. Also the design fits so well in my living room!

40" Bladeless Tower Fan - White
Really happy with this fan. Bought this on a recommendation and it's really done the job. It cools the whole bedroom. Will be so good for the summer! Love the night mode and the timer for sleeping. I don't even notice it turn off which is perfect. The current room temperature displays is cool also. Would definitely recommend! It's FANtastic.

40" Bladeless Tower Fan - White
This fan is an excellent product. Quiet, easy to use & whilst a little larger than fans we've had before, fits into our room very well. The ‘waft' is more like an outdoor breeze & very pleasant on a warm day. The whole room feels refreshed. Thoroughly recommend this fan.
