Set this up in my shed and was amazed by the amount of water it collected after a couple of hours. It definitely does the job!

The water buck had yellow stains and what appeared to be remnants of mould. The package came in originally box but was opened and the plastic package was also creased indicating it wasn’t professionally repacked. When turning it on, it smells of mould, not sure if there is any inside.

2000W Digital Oil-Free Radiator Heater with Eco Mode
I purchased the product towards the end of 2019 and rarely used it. It was in a carpeted room. With the recent drop in temperature to below freezing it was moved to the living room which has wooden floors and used to boost heating which was great. Last month we noticed a small puddle of liquid which is oil. We are unable to say when the oil leak started so it could have started much earlier but went unnoticed due to the carpet. As we are outside the manufacturer guarantee no action can be taken so we have an almost still brand new looking product which is unfixable, should be unplugged and removed according to researched advice. Lesson learnt, extend the manufacturer warranty. Keep an eye out for oil leaks and if you find one act quickly.

This dehumidifier extracts moisture at a good rate and keeps down damp issues in the home. Would recommend.

Got this because of mould in my bedroom. I haven’t had it for long but I can already see less humidity all around. I also put it by my bathroom door after a shower. I haven’t nothing to compare so I’m really happy.

A medium sized dehumidifier that's not to noisy, has lots of functions like sleep mode and a timer , seems cheap enough to run , highly recommended

After seeing it's high rating on other sites I chose this item to rid my house of excessive dampness. My bay windows were saturated and plastered walls around my home were damp due to airing laundry and generally poor air circulation. This appliance has been a godsend and my home is dry and mould-free again. It's amazing how much water it collects. I have it running in the background and it's no more noisy than a running fan.

Noise level is too much even for the day time , neighbours complained about machinery noise if operating out of hours. The real noise doesn’t meet the noise description on website. Video is included as an evidence for loud noise. Please pay us the postage money as it’s a genuine reason to return the product.
