12,000 BTU 4-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner, Heater with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
Fantastic air conditioner and heater. Can reduce temperature to 16 but we've not needed to use it this low yet.

20L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Laundry Mode
This could have been a great dehumidifier but the first unit we purchased developed an issue with the lights and display not working properly. Exchanged for a replacement but they had a horrible rattling noise when the compressor ran so I sent it back and purchased a different brand altogether.

We often get condensation on our windows, but not now. We use it on the eco mode to reduce noise and power consumption.

I think it is worth five stars product and service but I hoped it would solve my problem of water ingress in my caravan . the problem I have found out is in the structure of the caravan so it could cope with the damp problem .

combining the pro breeze Dehumidifier with keeping the room temperature above 17 degrees, it has cleared my property if damp, condensation and black mould. ( up to yet anyway) the clothes drying function help a lot to dry clothes quicker. there is some noise as its working but not too much, may have to turn the tv up a little. you might want to turn it off at night like i did, or at least move it to a room away from your bedroom. (i am a light sleeper)

Difficult to take out and replace the water collection tank. The manual provide with the unit is inadequate.

10L Desiccant Dehumidifier With Heating Setting
Initial tried the condenser dehumidifier but at the low temp in my flat it didn't work efficiently. The desiccant is a great option for low temps.

Quality unit. Removing 3ltrs per day of moisture. Can see & feel the difference. No more wet windows & damp feel in the house.

20L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Laundry Mode
Don't get me wrong, this is a great unit. However, be aware of the following. It is very heavy (19kg). Therefore, if you are going to use it in a house be warned. In a flat no real issues. Very noisy. This is totally unsuitable if you want to put in a bedroom whilst you are sleeping. Lastly, a bit pricey on the electric cost. I would say this is more suitable for large problems with humidity and big areas. If you only have minor issues, I would recommend a smaller unit.

It’s drawing so much more moisture than our previous one. Really serious piece of kit.

We've had issues for years with condensation in our small 2 bedroomed flat. The dehumidifier sits easily in our hallway and I have it on for 4 hours a day. I've noticed far less water on the windows. Even my sceptical husband says its made a big difference. Would definitely recommend.

Took a while to collect the water, but it is only small and at 1p per hour is cheap enough to leave on for a while. Clothes seem to dry quicker. I also left it in the bathroom door after a shower and it dried the room quite well. My only problem is that it seems to blow out cold air [not excessively]. I have already recommended it to family
