There seemed to be a lot of small heater's about but yours felt genuine. We bought it because in the cold spell the heater we had was not up to it and your little machine done the job.The thermostat is really good.Thank you and luck to you and your company for the new year

Using dehumidifier & it seems to be clearing some condensation in kitchen. But it isn't clearing as much as expected...wondering if the heating of the unit reduces its dehumidifying efficiency? Read online this was possible, and may cause efficiency to drop & use 400% higher energy levels. The tank isn't as full as I expected it to be during use so I'm questioning its overall efficiency...will have to wait & see if my electricity bill is much higher. But room feels generally warmer with dehumidifier on.

20L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Laundry Mode
CONDENSATION GONE. I bought this after lots of research for the best on the market, and this was up there. We were getting terrible condensation in our windows, and I hated the thought of high humidity in our home. The first time we put it on, the humidity was 73%, and after a week of using on and off, it’s gone down to 52% which is good indoor relative humidity. I put it on the laundry setting, and when our thick T-shirts normally take 3 days to dry, they dried within 14 hours! It works a dream, and it’s an investment you won’t regret. Yes, it’s not silent, nor is it light, but these things do not matter considering how effective it is! Best thing I’ve bought in 2022!

Apart from the drainage hose that was sent with 2 kinks in making it useless, the dehumidifier is really good. Sucks loads of moisture out of the air, dries clothes and is quiet enough to ignore.
We were surprised at how fast it filed its bucket that's why we plumbed it into a proper drainage hose which goes outside. Aesthetically pleasing with its LEDs at different humidity levels and has lots of options on it too.
Extended the warranty to 3years so if it breaks they can replace it.

More ambient noise than expected, but did help with the condensation although I would have preferred a quicker response.

It seems to be effective. My living room is quite small, but the heater warms it quite quickly. I don't want to heat every room in the flat, to save on the gas bills; that's why I bought it.
