Excellent bit of kit

As s cold air blower this machine is really good, but don't expect it to preform like an air conditioning unit. We always drain the water tank and never just top it up. We chill the water in the fridge and use the blocks and it works well. Glad we bought it.

I rarely write reviews and yes I am a real human. We purchased this due to the 2022 mega-heat wave the UK had, we have three dogs too and wanted to keep good control of the temperate climate indoors. I have to say that the delivery arrived quicker than expected, the unit was very well packaged, very easy to unbox and very easy to set up. It looks smart the air extraction process is standard so that worked well and it also provides a room temperature on the front display. Overall this operated in hot conditions seamlessly, it is more expensive than others but has both better features and is more aesthetic if you are looking for something in a main room (this is in a lounge). The noise level is fine it is noisy, but its a fridge pumping out cold air and working - what do you expect.

Really does keep the room cool, but I think it's a bit overkill for a small home office, which is what I bought it for. It's so noisy that I really think twice about using it, which is a shame as I paid so much for it. However, it is saving me in this heatwave, so glad I bought it for this year alone!

This is possibly one of the best things I have ever purchased! We've been thinking of buying an air-con unit since last summer - hubby likes to do his research before spending money... We have two indoor cats (their choice) and they were struggling with the mid 20's heat. Knowing that the temperature was going to be mid 30's something had to be done. I checked online reviews and this brand was consistently highly rated so I bought it. It does make some noise but no worse than a fan running mid speed, it's bearable. The difference in temperature is well worth it! It's a bit of a faff to set up the window cover for venting, the instructions aren't great, but you only do it once. First night we set it to 16 degrees - and got cold! It's now set to 19 degrees; it's at the top of the stairs and is keeping all of upstairs and the downstairs hallway at a lovely temperature. (Outside is currently 36 degrees). It's heavy but on wheels which makes it movable. Not sure where we'll store it over winter but I'll worry about that when I need to.

Purchased for my 92 year old Mum, and although it can only be used in the one room, (she is too frail to move it and I live 220 miles away) that one room is cool and she is safe from this extreme heat. It works well she tells me and is so happy to have one cool room.

Product working well, a bit noisy but this was expected. Great customer service as the delivery service provider delivered to the wrong address but the seller was on the ball to get a replacement straight away!

It is the best fan Ive ever purchased. The water tank holds quite a bit and if you keep ice blocks in it, you can get nice cool air for quite a while. I would not be without it in the heatwave we are in right now. Easy to roll from room to room (because its hot at night now too!). I dont know why I waited so long to buy it. It does what it says.

Great product exactly what I thought it would be and allows 3 even 4 ice packs the only real disappointment was the Amazon delivery - 5 attempts as the OneTimePassword never seemed to sync up with what was presented to me, but nothing wrong with the product itself.

This is nothing but a glorified fan. Does not even cool down a small room after operating it the whole day.

I was very pleased with my purchase.

Best item and economical to use

Saves me from heat strokes, and works well. A bit loud but can't really complain much, noise is so much better than getting sick. A bit sad about the price reduction immediately after I bought it. But generally it's worth it

Nice & cool perfect for the current weather

It arrived promptly, it works. It cools the air in our large lounge 4x 7m (13x21ft) quite quickly - provided you install the window exhaust system. Whichever brand you buy you really need to do this to achieve good results, and you need to realise that though the air cools quickly enough with this powerful model, the walls etc and and furnishings will remain warm for a long time, so if you switch off that means the air soon warms up again. If you have a sliding window I would think the provided panel is easy to install and very effective. If, like me you have hinged windows as with any similar products, it is a bit awkward but not too difficult. Forget it being portable between upstairs and down. It weighs over 35k. Near to 3/4 cwt in old money. It does have effective castors so you could move it from room to room. However in common with any other make, you need to : 1. Seal any window -more velcro sticky tape needed; not sure how long the join of velcro to fitting would last if you moved it from one window to another, but new kits are easily available 2. Position the machine close to the window and an electric socket, Noise. It has three fan speeds on the lowest speed it is still intrusive if you want to listen to music, say. If in a bedroom, it wouldn't stop me from sleeping on the low speed, but it isn't silent. I cannot compare with any other. I am sure the smaller models would be effective in a normal sized bedroom and probably quieter - I don't know. If you plan to use it overnight remember your window will not be secure. It is a good machine but you really need to think where you will use it, in common with any other similar

Excellent air conditioning unit, has taken the anxiety out of the extreme weather this summer. No problem with cooling our sons medium sized nursery, even in 40 degree heat outside. The use of the app is incredibly useful, the ability to direct airflow (or oscillate) is good, and the controls are easy to use. A few small negatives The unit plays a loud musical tune every time you press a button or change a function, and you cant turn it off or turn it down. Means we cannot change the temperature in the night without waking the baby. Cannot turn oscillate function on/off without the remote/app (ie no button for it on the unit). When using the remote for this function after changing the temperature using the manual buttons, the unit resets to the last temperature programmed using the remote The whole unit bangs quite loudly when switching between fan and cooling.

Perfect product and professional company.

Powerful but quiet.Good product.

Great product and definitely would recommend purchase.

Very good and efficient. Thoroughly recommend.
