Great Machine
30L Dehumidifier with Smart App Control
Absolutely brilliant machine, I wish I’d bought it years ago. I feel like I’m living in a different house. Removes so much moisture and is easy to move and empty. A bit noisy as close to where I sleep but doesn’t bother me at all. Eliminates condensation throughout whole apartment.

Ultra-Powerful Air Purifier with UV-Cleansing Light, Ioniser and 3 Layer Filtration System
Clear indicators, not too noisy at top speed (particularly as, for us, that will be when there are several of us chatting) and barely perceptible on lowest.
Planning on using it, in tangent with a CO2 reader and to supplement intermittent window opening on Christmas Day.

30L Dehumidifier with Smart App Control
We discovered we have damp problems in some of the north facing parts of our home. Where furniture was close to walls, we found some mould had started. After a bit of research, one way of dealing with this situation is to lower the humidity in your home. I checked humidity around our house and in found in some locations it was very high. I wanted an all-home unit so I didn’t need to move it about or have to buy 2, but didn’t want to pay more than about £200, and began checking reviews. It wasn’t an easy search as it seems every single make and model had customers reporting problems and recommending something else. I found by following these recommendations you just end up in a circle of never finding anything suitable and eventually getting referred back to where you started. Reviews seemed to be better on the £300+ models and really high-end industrial ones, but even those have their fair share of people reporting issues. I don’t have the space for the really large units and I didn’t have time to mess about. I resigned myself to the fact that whatever I would buy it may have issues and just went with what best fitted me. I got a good impression of the Pro Breeze company, from YT videos and some of the customer reports of dealing with them. I also liked that some reviews spoke about them as a British based company, although I later found a small Made in China sticker on the back of my unit. British owned I guess, but I’m not even sure about that. I very nearly went with the Pro Breeze 20L model. I switched to getting this 30L model at the last second for a few reasons. One was that the price was almost the same. Another was a US YT video which recommended you only buy units rated above 25L. The final reason was I found out the 30L model was a much newer model of theirs compared to the 20L. I had previously read about leakage problems with the 20L and so (cross fingers) I gambled Pro Breeze would have learnt from this and sorted the leak issues on the newer model. I’m not using any of the app stuff, so I can’t comment on that. The unit works great as it is and I can control everything I want from the panel built-it. On its first day of use it gathered about 1L and I then shifted it around the house until I realised that placement made a big difference. The most I’ve got out of it was 3L in a day, but I’m only running it about 8-12Hrs a day, not constantly and not every day. I always just set it to auto, so it just keeps going until it thinks it is 50% and then stops. I purchased two humidity monitors at the same time and setup one at the top and bottom of our stairs. I check these daily and they are often quite different, with either the upstairs of down being the more humid. Sometimes by up to 20% difference. I’ve used this dehumidifier about a month now and I’ve kind of fallen into a routine of running it a couple days and then waiting until a monitor shows humidity on the high side, then moving the unit either up or down the stairs and running it for a couple of days. Humidity then tends to be fine for a while and couple of days later I may need to use it again. By doing things in this way I’ve managed to keep levels below low 60s around the house. What I like about it: + I like how powerful it is and it gets lots of water out of the air. + I like how the dehumidified air exits on one side, so you can for example set up on the landing and fire the dried air into a bedroom. + I like the simple controls (this was a big part of buying it after seeing the demo on YT) + It hasn’t leaked for me and the extraction of the drip tray is easy to do. What I didn’t like about it: - Wow is this thing heavy! If you are not a big bloke you may struggle to carry this up/down stairs. - It makes a lot of noise when in use. It is a combination of air con and an industrial fridge noise at the same time (well that is kind of what it is after all). You do get used to the sound after a while, but I wouldn’t run this near you when you are trying to sleep. - I knew this before buying, but the fan runs all the time it is on, even when it is ‘off’ because the room has reached its target humidity. On that fan issue, be careful of people warning you off units where the fan keeps running. There are different technologies in play between units and having the fan run all the time is not always an indication the manufacturer doesn’t know what they are doing and left it running by accident. I think it is something to do with preventing ice build up. Which may be the cause of leaks on models where the fan stops? I’m going to give this 4-stars. It does everything I expected it to do and I haven’t had any issue with it (yet). However, it is a lot noisier than I was expecting. I can put up with the noise for the results it achieves, but be aware of that trade off.

1500ml Mini Dehumidifier
We love the quality of the product and the energy efficiency. It's our second purchase of the same product (in addition to other probreeze purchases we made) which shows how satisfied we are. It would be great to see the larger 2-3L portable models return to the market.

Effective but couldbe improved
2000W Digital Oil-Free Radiator Heater with Eco Mode
This is a powerful and controllable heater. The external surface remains relatively cool. However, the thermostat wasn't properly calibrated and the housing makes noise as it expands and contracts. I can work around the issues, so have kept the product.

Efficient
2000W Digital Oil-Free Radiator Heater with Eco Mode
Brilliant heater. Let's out alot of heat, heats a big room very nicely. Eco mode works on an air stat set to the temperature you want and turns the power consumption up and down once desired temperature is reached which is ideal as you can maintain warmth in a room without having to manually adjust. Remote control is very handy and works well even at a distance. When not in use remote slots into a holder on the heater so less chance of misplacing it. Easy to assemble, wheels just pull out and click into place. Is sturdy and easy to move about, grab handles both ends. Only issue if I had to find fault would be setting the timer as you can only select one time period during any 24 hour period and the heater will not work running through a timed adapter. However I would highly recommend this heater and its cost effective, cheap to run with eco mode, very efficient at heating a larger space and easy to use.

Nearly Spot On
2000W Digital Oil-Free Radiator Heater with Eco Mode
Having recently moved house, the much larger conservatory was too big for our existing De Longhi Dragon so we decided an extra radiator was required. Our initial tack was to supplement with another De Longhi however, they were all sold out so we decided to give Pro Breeze a try. A fair bit cheaper and TBH thus far very pleased with its performance. Only 4 stars as the touch sensitive control panel doesn’t work for me but does for Wifey so I have to use the remote control which works fine. Also the comments in previous reviews regarding temperature control seem to be true but I guess we will learn how to compensate. Otherwise very pleased with the product and prompt delivery.

Returned - leaking oil
2000W Digital Oil-Free Radiator Heater with Eco Mode
The design of this radiator is very similar to a much more expensive delonghi, with the added benefit of a remote control. The settings are a little odd, 3 power settings which once selected will stay blasting away forever and an eco mode whereby you choose the target temperature, the radiator will warm to within 2 degrees of this and then reduce power. Why the power settings don't act as a thermostat I don't know. The display shows the ambient room temperature rather than the target temperature, there is a little sticker which lets you know that this may take an hour to show the correct temperature due to the placement of the sensor. I have seen reviews stating the thermostat is wildly out - I did not find this. The chimney effect is very good, lots of heat and warms a large room very slowly but effectively. Our 32m2 lounge with 2.6m ceiling height took all day to warm up, in smaller rooms it's much faster. Overall I was quite impressed with the radiator, the remote is basic but effective, the heat was great, running costs ok. Does the same job as the more expensive Delonghi dragon 4 pro but at about £80m cheaper. Unfortunately my unit was seeping oil from the bottom, losing around an egg cup full a day - amazon returns did not cover postage but hopefully this will be reimbursed once delivered to their returns center. I have now bought the more expensive delonghi as it has a 10 year warranty but if the Pro Breeze didn't leak (I'm sure I was just unfortunate as the unit seemed very well made) then I'd have been perfectly happy

very fiddly
2000W Digital Oil-Free Radiator Heater with Eco Mode
In terms of heating – it's a heater. It does what it says on the tin – it heats. At 2500 W it is one of the more powerful heaters available. It wheels around easily, it looks okay but on the other hand in summertime you would certainly want to put it away somewhere out of sight. The real problem with this heater – and why it is so disappointing is that a major selling point is its digital functionality. Well it certainly has digital functionality but the real problem is that it doesn't store any settings and it has no clock. There This is quite amazing in 2021. So you can set the mode to – ECO -and set a temperature that you want it to maintain – but if you then switch it off at the wall – which very sensibly they recommend that you do this when you're not using it – then when you switch it back on it has lost all its settings. Not only that, it always defaults to 23°. So if you simply want something to keep in a "not too cold" temperature during the night, you have to reset it again so that it maintains 10° or 11° – whatever you want. The non-ECO modes – in other words the manual modes – simply have three heat settings you still can't set a temperature. They default to 23°. In fact as far as I can make out if you want the room hotter than 23° in manual mode – then you can't do it. If you had a nondigital radiator then you could do this easily and have the whole thing controlled by an external digital thermostat with this radiator plugged into it which would then switch on and off. That flexibility is impossible with this digital radiator. In fact if you want to use this while you are away and simply have it switch on at certain times of the day or night, you can't do it. If you plug it into a digital thermostat, then the thermostat will switch off the power at a certain temperature or add a certain time of the day and then when it switches back on the power, firstly the radiator doesn't start up – it simply shows alike that the powers connected – and even if it could start up the radiator, all the settings would be lost. It has a timer. Don't confuse that with a clock. It's not a clock. It simply a 24-hour timer. You can program it to come on or off within a 24-hour period but it doesn't retain the time or the day of the week. In fact you can't set the time of the day or the day of the week. And of course if you switch it off at the wall – which very sensibly they urge you to do if you're not using it – then when you switch it back on all your settings are lost. So it's a nice radiator in that it heats well – but I'm afraid that the digital functionality is frankly, Neanderthal.
