Great all round, 10/10 for everything

Very good, on time delivery.

The unit arrived promptly the next day - great. It's a pretty looking tower about as high as my knee cap. All the controls are easily accessed from the touch panel on the top surface. The controls are well laid out and responsive. The air velocity on full power is extreme - well probably needs to be to generate that 512 clean air cycles (what's the word?) and I can definitely see it washing out the stale air in a large room.
The sleep control is simple to activate though I'd have like a little more than a trickle of airflow on that setting. Note all the light go out (apart from the power on light in sleep mode. Timer is simple to select from 3 different periods. I could not smell the ioniser - and I'm wondering about why? The UVC lamp is well hidden so I hope it is doing it's job. The filter is a large circular job that's hopefully not going to be too expensive when it come time to replace it. But all in all, this purifier looks the biz and I'm pleased so far with my purchase. NB: I have had a previous purifier from LIdl's that was pretty good, so I know what's what when it comes to performance. The price was inexpensive and I'm glad I chose this model.

Would have given 5 if this had a fan

What can I say, but there is no way I could recommend this product. I really cannot understand why people have giving this 5 stars. We have a few dehumidifiers and this was by far the worst. None so far have been perfect. They all have their niggles, but none as bad as this one. This is close to the same capacity as our others in terms of moisture removal. It is almost twice the physical size as our other units. It has a smaller tank capacity, meaning it needs emptying more often. The Nethome Plus app worked for about 2 hours. After this it would not reconnect. When it did work the actual functionality was very very limited. The pictures in the play store of the app show Alexa and google connectivity, this is no where to be seen. The fan never stops!!!! When the desired humidity level is reached, it just carries on blowing until you turn the unit off or it turns off by other means (app or timer). I am guessing this last part as I had lost patience by this point and requested a return. I hope this honest feed back proves beneficial.
