Bought this when the heatwave hit and it made a really big difference, should have bought it sooner

Really good unit, well recommended in the summer months

Keeping the room and me cool

Works great I'd highly recommended

After looking at air conditioning this summer we decided to buy this product instead. Wow, after thinking it might not cool us down we were mistaken. Fill up the tank with cold water or for extra cold air use the ice coolers and we had a room which was cool even during the 28 degrees we had a few months ago! Our dogs and family were lovely and cool and we could move it to the kitchen when we needed it. No need for putting hoses out of windows with air conditioner and one tank of water lasts ages. One tip though be sure to clean it and also the filter as it needs maintenance every couple of weeks

Great essential home gadget. Works wonders with condensation and saves on heating bills.

Using this for almost 2 weeks now and the condesation in the morning vanished completly, also the mould on the walls mostly because we dry the clothes in door. The drying mode also works very well and after 2 / 3 hours is almost dry depending on the thick ( joggers usually half dry ) but its good and quickly take the water of the drying fabrics. It's just a bit noisy else i would give 5*

Quick and easy to use, rapidly fills its tank and has an indicator for humidity level which is good

Great value for money

I FOUND THE ITEM WELL PACKED AND DELIVERED ON TIME. STRAIGHT FORWARD TO SET UP, EASY TO USE . CAME WITH FREEZER COOLERS TO USE OR ICE AS AN ALTERNATIVE, USING THE HANDLE TO REMOVE THE BACK FILTER , TO DROP IN THE ICE. FILLED TO THE TOP LEVEL AND ON NIGHT MODE CAN LAST UPTO SEVEN AND A HALF HOURS.

Great value for money

Very good price came the next day

Delivered on time Thank uou

I found it was an excellent product

Set up was easy, and no maintenance needed so far - not even letting out water. I've been using this unit for about 3 months. The Alexa integration was easy to set up. I named it 'air conditioner' and can now say 'Alexa, turn on/off the air conditioner' and the unit fires back up from standby mode, with the same settings as the last time I used it. Be aware that units like this are very heavy. Carrying them up and down stairs is not something you'll want to do regularly. Trust me! We have a different air conditioner upstairs. This unit is in my conservatory which has a glass roof. When the sun's on the roof, I doubt any air conditioner could lower the temperature in there (it often reaches 40 degrees C), but with this unit sat a couple of feet from me, it makes working in the conservatory (my home office at the moment) a lot more comfortable, rather than being like working in an oven. By moving the unit a couple of feet, I can also direct it into our lounge, and it does a good job of lowering the temperature in there on hot days. Yes, like all portable air conditioners it's noisy, but not in a way that I find distracting because it's a constant hum. If you're sensitive to noise, avoid all air conditioners of this design. I can recommend this unit. It's a bit pricey, and some of the price is down to the wireless connectivity. If that's not something you need, then a cheaper alternative might work better for you. 12,000 BTU is a good output though. If this review was helpful please let me know by clicking the button below.
