This cooler works well to reduce room temperature. It will never be an alternative to an air conditioner, however, for it's price and if used in accordance within it's design capabilities it will not disappoint. The device is extremely portable. The setting options are clearly defined and the remote control is a "very nice to have" accessory. All round very good value.

Great heater, Using for heating a small room (car garage size). It is doing it's job very well.

Excellent service and a great heater.

Great value and works fine

I bought a pair of the 12,000 BTU units (one for upstairs, one for downstairs) and they are excellent. They put out a decent amount of cooling, are relatively small compared to other "portable" units. Be prepared for the unit to be noisy - all A/C units are, these are no better/worse than most. Pairing with the "smart life" app was very fussy, I ended up having to change "EZ Mode" to "AP Mode" when pairing - but it worked eventually after many attempts, and the connection once set up has been rock solid, and integrates just fine with Alexa. It does need a 2.4Ghz WiFi network, it will not work with 5Ghz.

right, so we bought this because as a tenant, we can't install an air con in our flat. so was looking for something that is better than normal fan. after browsing the internet, we decided to give this one a go. at first wasn't really sure about what size we want to get, 5L or 10L, as we want to put it in our room which isn't big. but decided to get the 10L one after looking at the q&a section and thought that the water will evaporate in 8 hours for the 10L tank. turned out, it last way longer than that! I've always have it on night mode cause the wind is constant even though it will always be on low settings. but I wasn't expecting to be blasted with air anyway. I've always face it to other directions than us. as much as it cool down the room a bit, since this machine evaporate water, it will get really humid if you don't have any kind of ventilation. so our solution to this is to keep the window open still. it's still better than only have the windows open but no wind coming in. so at least by keeping the window open, our room won't be humid and it still cooling down just fine. so far, we think this product is alright, not too good not too bad. the only thing I would say is that this product is overpriced by a lot!! after inspecting the product, it's all made out of plastic with little to none engine/machine on the top part, the half bottom is only for water tank. I know for sure I could get this kind of product for half price from China, but we still bought this cause we need it asap.

The way this year has been going I thought I would never get to use this but this week it finally happened. So manoeuvrability is great. I lack space so the size and shape of this was vital to me. It was perfect. Sits in the corner. The ice packs that come with this when this machine is switched on cools my room down quickly. The noise takes a little getting use to so my TV sound is normally 6 but when this goes on it goes up to a 11. However i love this so no regrets and can definately recommend.

Very good product, easy to move solid box a good buy

easy to replace, excellent price

I tested and overall the product is working somehow ok. The temperature of the exhausted air is between 10.8 - 13 Celsius degree (function of low 0r high speed of fan) BUT!... The heated air exhausted, need to exchange with fresh air. So, fresh air is coming from outside, where is... warm... >)}} In consequence , the result is a mixed of cold air (from the unit) and warm air from outside (who leaks from doors and windows, even closed) Conclusion: Best air conditioned is with outdoor unit and inner splitter!!! ( Now..., I`m thinking to a solution , how to make a pipe from fresh air to lower absorption/fan of unit... This will solve the problem... :)) )

This is a fantastic Air Conditioner that will keep you cool in these increasingly warm summers. The size boarders on being fixed and portable, its a solid piece of kit that works great and is reliable but can easily be stored away when not needed as despite its heavy weight, rolls easily on the wheels. Its easy to set up and works particularly great with the smart app. I was amazed at just how quiet it was. Many of the reviews made it out to be super loud and while its loud in the immediate room you are in; step outside that room, go to a different floor or outside the house and you cant hear it. The actual cooling power is far better than I expected as well. I expected it to work the way it did but not as fast as it does. It can cool a room right down in just 5 minutes to a comfortable temperature. One happy customer. I used to hate the Summers for the heat and sleepless nights but now I say bring it on!.

Its great at cooling down you room if you have it vented right. I didn't find that using the window kit worked very well. But after I had it core drilled through the wall but a builder. It worked so well and I have never been happier with how well it cools and keeps my room at the right temperature.
