Great humidifier compact and quiet operation would buy again

Great service and product.

Great power and design. Slightly louder than anticipated but overall happy.

This unit has helped my wife and I sleep during those really hot nights. Even now its cooled down a lot we still have it on at night well worth the purchase and as it can be controlled by google assistant its fantastic

This is an air cooler not an air conditioner and in that regard it works effectively. It definitely made a difference during the recent heat wave and afforded a decent nights sleep that otherwise would have been impossible. It's well made and easy to use. Most critically its quiet enough not to disturb during the night. The model I purchased was effective enough in our bedroom but struggled to cool our much larger sitting room. Pay attention to the guidance and select based on your room size.

This air cooler was very easy to operate, great clear instructions and not heavy to manoeuvre

Every year I pondered over getting an air conditioner because the heat and humidity in England is starting to get unbearable at times. The recent heatwave in lockdown and the weather that followed convinced me this is a good time to get one. I saw this Pro Breeze in the deals section and on a whim made a purchase. First thing that strikes you is the size. It's huge. I have a standalone electriq dehumidifier and it's twice as big as that. You have a 150mm exhaust for the air so double the space needed again. It's heavy too! it has to be 15kg+. I live in a bungalow and I wasn't comfortable with taping up any window on the ground floor. I did try it at first because I was impatient and it's a right faff. Let's put it this way, it looks ugly so having it like that would definitely be a temporary (day) thing. So as you can see from the picture I made a 100mm hole in the lounge for a vent. I can remove it to storage when we hit winter and put a cap over the hole. If you're going to spend this much on keeping cool.... Spend a little extra and fit it properly. There is a gentle hum coming from it which changes to a more aggressive one when the chiller kicks in so you couldn't sleep in the same room with it. As mine in the lounge I get the benefit of the cool air and less sound. It's a 12000 BTU and my lounge needs 3500 BTU. (Lounge 5m by 3m) So it's powerful and can change the air temp in multiple rooms. It has WiFi and Alexa compatible. It took me 100 attempts to try and connect it to my phone. When you try it you'll understand but you might be lucky. I wasn't one to give up though and hopefully I can save you some time too. On your phone. Make sure you are connected to WiFi and Bluetooth on. Download the Tuya Smart app and sign in. Click on add device. AutoScan, top right. Add password to modify section. Hold fan button on AirCon and the led begins to flash fast. If it flashes slow hold button again. Place phone on top of unit. (Important) This way took 3 attempts to work but it finally worked when I placed phone on top of unit. The wifi led should end up being constantly on when it's done. Then, you can put your feet up and relax every summer.

A very good air cooler very powerful fan I had to turn down to minimum at night as it was too cold otherwise. But it keeps the whole room very cool and allows you to sleep at night not too noisy either. Great air cooler i highly recommend

Got this as it was discounted for the day and it was hot as hell outside 31 luckily it came 2 days earlier than expected which was brilliant cooled the bedroom down a treat its heavy so wont want to be moving it about 2 much and abit noisy but I slept through it so not to bad only had it 2 days so will update this after had it a while

Totally impressed, brilliant bit of kit

Quickly delivered. It performs pretty much as stated -- leaving it on over night it has been pulling 100ml of water out of the air, but humidity level has not been super high so seems on spec. It is too noisy for a bedroom, but in a day time setting its volume level is acceptably low. The main problem is that the water tank is sealed so it cannot be cleaned properly. They want you to pay more (the old up-sell) to get the a model that has a 'special feature' of simply being able to open the water collection tank. It is kind of environmentally irresponsible to design it in such a poor way -- if it gets grungy after a lot of use people will just throw it out. Built-in obsolescence might be a great sales strategy, but...

Looks great, good quality, but as not fitted and used yet, cannot give 5 stars at this point

Compact and very easy to use. Provides a nice additional heat for disabled husband.

Looks OK but haven't used it yet. I still haven't used It!

Really light and mini, super quiet and efficient.

Does what it's designed for, you can really breathe the difference :-)
