I'm happy with the dehumidifier.
It was delivered fast and received well packaged.
And the 3yrs warranty was only 18.99
Thank you.i would buy again from you.

Excellent product

Very low noise small but efficient. Very good price

Very pleased with how it is working. Slightly noisier than I had hoped but overall a very efficient addition to the home.

This item has been an absolute game changer for keeping up with laundry over the rainier colder days. A tiered clothing rack fully dries within about 5-6 hours instead of 2 days and smells so clean, no more damp clothing smell. Really worth the money

I recently purchased the 2500W 11 Fins Oil Filled Radiator from ProBreeze. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the product, so I contacted customer service and provided photos and a video explaining the problem.

I was extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally my issue was handled. Maya from the Customer Service team was incredibly polite, helpful and understanding. She arranged a full refund for me and also told me that I did not need to return the faulty radiator, which made the whole process very easy and stress-free.

Although there was an issue with the product, the excellent customer service left me with a very positive impression of ProBreeze. I really appreciate the way they took responsibility and treated me with respect.

A special thank you to Maya for her kindness and excellent support. She is a real credit to ProBreeze.

Thank you, ProBreeze, for such excellent customer service!

It’s perfect … it’s compact it’s light and easy to move around… easy to use and very efficient …. So pleased with it thank you …

Happy with purchase, it looks good quality and well made, the remote control is usefull, it's smaller than expected but works well

Arrived in a cheap cardboard box that looked like it had been sellotape by a child. The finish is flawed with badly fitted silver plastic frame and mesh. The plastic top is distorted. The instruction manual was stuffed into the box and came out crumpled. Nothing like the quality depicted by the Brand. But.. it works fine with good adjustment and quiet fan.

Our flat was initially 78% humidity!! Pro breeze works so efficiently we now sit at 50% and it works so fast!!! I’m so obsessed with it constantly checking the app

this is the pro breeze 1800w space heater, a compact electric heater designed for quickly warming up a small room or area; it has a maximum 1800w heating output, with adjustable heat settings and temperature control, it's flexible for everyday use it's very easy to setup and use, basically plug it in and select the heating mode; the controls are straightforward and don't take much time to figure out it is very compact, doesn't take up much desk or floor space and is easy to move around when needed; the design is also quite clean and modern the heating performance is impressive, it gets warm very quickly and i can feel the heat coming out almost immediately after switching it on; it's particularly useful when i only want to heat the area i am actually using rather than turning on the central heating for the whole house and wait the oscillation can rotate from side to side (75 degree) to spread the warm air across a wider area instead of blowing the heat in just one direction; this makes quite a noticeable difference, the heat feels more evenly distributed rather than having one small area getting all the warmth the 1800w maximum output gives it plenty of power for a compact heater, and i found it heats up a small sized room quite effectively; it's also useful for taking the chill off a room quickly when coming home or getting up in the morning all in all, this is a very practical space heater, fast heating, compact, easy to operate and powerful enough for everyday use happy with this product, would recommend hope you find these information helpful

Annoyingly loud

I purchased this dehumidifier for helping dry my clothes indoors because I live in Cornwall and once winter hits it’s rain until spring! And I don’t have a tumble dryer plus I’m not sure much of my families clothes could go in the tumble dryer anyway! So I needed a solution to speed up clothes drying and also prevent my already mouldy house to be less mouldy! Well I have not stopped using the dehumidifier since I have received it!! It dries clothes so quickly! Which is super impressive! It does however mean my ironing pile is building quicker than I can keep on top of! 😩 but I am super pleased to have a great solution to moisture in my old house. Would recommend to anyone wanting to dry their clothes quicker.

Finding it difficult to turn down. Instructions not clear but I am 87 !

I had wanted a dehumidifier for a while as I was sick of having washing drying in the kitchen dining area. I now put the clothes on the dryer upstairs with the door shut and the dehumidifier on laundry mode. By the time I go to bed four hours later it’s usually dry and I can just fold and put away. The room is also so fresh and clean smelling. Highly recommend. Easy to use and really good quality.
