Opened the curtains this morning to find the windows wet with condensation as usual. This hasn't worked at all?! What am I doing wrong?

I am disappointed with my dehumidifier as the laundry mode didnt work as well as I was expecting and was also a lot louder than expected. I have given it 3 stars for the great communication and for allowing me to return at my expense which wasn't expensive.

Would not say it's whisper quiet as it says on web site.

It was a replacement for the same product, which had malfunctioned. I’ve been using the replacement for less than a month, but so far it’s working well and is especially useful this time of year.

Really good dehumidifier very good at drying washing suprised how much water is collected in tank.Would definitely recommend.

I purchased Probreeze dehumidifier omnidry 12L I had problem with it.The customer service department was really good and sent prompt replacement.

Dehumidifier works really well for drying clothes.

This is handy for a quick warm up when central heating is not really needed. It has several speeds and heats and also a fan. It 8s quite small so not intrusive.

We bought this because of the Which? review and the fact that it would supposedly automatically turn on and off according to the humidity. However we feel misled. The entire unit stays on all the time with the fan running regardless of humidity. The sensor only turns the compressor on and off automatically. There's barely a noise difference between the fan alone and the fan with the compressor running. This might not be an issue for you but for us we don't want to have the fan running 24/7. Even though it is quite quiet you can still hear it constantly and we feel it's a waste of electricity to have a fan running even when the room is at the correct humidity. We're also a little suspicious that the hygrometer sensor/display may not be accurate. We had one unit running overnight in our bedroom maintaining the humidity at 60% according to the display. We had the other in the bathroom and turned it on set to 60% after a very hot steamy shower. The bathroom unit claimed the bathroom humidity had decreased from 81% after the shower to 60% humidity but we could tell that the bathroom was still much more humid than the bedroom was even when the dehumidifier claimed to have properly dehumidified the bathroom to the same humidity level as the bedroom. Due to this we will be returning the units.

Click to play video Everything works as it should but at times there is a rasping sound which even others in the room who tend not to detect can notice. I noticed it straightaway. Turning off and on temporarily resolves it but it inevitably comes back. Regretfully have to return.
