After carrying out some pretty extensive research I decided upon this model. It has made such a difference in my home. Gone are the days of waking up to condensation covering the windows, water dripping down the bathroom walls at shower time and the laundry is dry in a fraction of the time. My best investment. Worth every penny!

Easy to use, clear instructions. Effective at clearing condensation on windows in bedrooms. Quieter than expected. Easy to move from room to room.

I have bought 4 over the years and do a brilliant job at collecting water and drying clothes in my flat however they only last 2yrs. The price has ranged from around 28 pounds and 45 pounds for the same product. So for 28 pounds I can.t complain. Would buy again at that price but not if more expensive.

Well worth the money cheap to run set it to come on at 7am leave it all day on keep heat abd set it to turn off at 10.30pm

Heats up quickly easy to put together easy to move as light great value for money

Really good unit does exactly what I wanted

Very good. Has halved the laundry drying times and no more musty smelling clothes. Probably around 10 times cheaper to run than a tumble dryer too. Highly recommended.

Easy to use value for money good quality. Great water collection easy to move around just glides to where ever you need it. Have recommended it to family and friends

Our flat humidity is really high especially during winter months. I have got another dehumidifier that is 20l but wasn't enough to dry clothes. I bought this one easy to move it dries the clothes in few hours. During night isn't disturbing us as its quiet so we can sleep next to it. Also warming up the air so we dont really need that much heating. The water tank is huge so I dont have to change it that often and even if I am not in the room I can change the settings through the Alexa app. It was easy to set up following instructions

Smart muted look blends into the background

Really good unit does exactly what I wanted

This is a very compact but effective refrigeration dehumidifier. It has a comprehensive range of functions.
Although it was sold as refurbished, I couldn't see any signs that it wasn't brand new.

Perfect for my bedroom. Really quiet on the night time mode. Saw a difference in my bedroom within a couple of days. No musty odours, windows no longer steamed up. Astounded at the amount of water that is collected each morning. Well worth the money. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service

In a 5m sq bedroom I've found that placing the unit on the windowsill pointing toward the window does lower the window condensation directly in front of the unit in the morning. However the condensation on the top sash is still there. I have the bedroom door shut (you have to obviously otherwise it's effectively trying to work over a bigger air mass than what it's designed for which would render it pointless). It's about the size of a rugby ball so it's an obvious thing to have on the sill and the drawer colour doesn't really fit with my bedroom colours which is niggly! I feel the air in the room is better when it's on overnight though hence the 4 stars. I've had it a couple of weeks now. It's not quiet it's a bit like having a fan on in the summer when it's hot so if you can sleep with a bit of 'white noise' then you'll be ok. Emptying it is not easy! and it's NOT described in the instruction manual which is bonkers. I had to go to youtube to figure it out. I did ask ProBreeze customer support and they gave me completely the WRONG information - luckily I didn't take the plug out of where they said or I would've broke the unit. So don't rely on them for anything. There's about half to 1cm of water in it in the morning. I was hoping when I bought it that the entire white top would click off so I could clean it out properly but it's glued on and the only way of removing the water is to get the fiddly rubber plug off from the corner where it says 'water outlet' and shake it until it's empty. That's really annoying. To sum up: It's better than nothing"."

Excellent product and great value

Was great for a while but simply stopped working after a spell of cold weather 17 months after purchase (device thought it was too hot for some reason and got stuck on an error code CH). Basic troubleshooting did nothing customer support offered no advice and simply told us that as it was over 1 year old they would not repair or replace. Whilst it was effective at first less than a year and a half is simply unacceptable for a device that cost this much so we won't be buying ProBreeze again.

Our second one and very pleased with them.

V good

Works very well.
