Delighted with the service I received from Probreeze. Highly recommend them. I bought their Probreeze air cooler (10ltr) from Amazon in the summer. I was so impressed with this product I had to buy another one but through Probreeze this time I was so pleased at how the air cooler helped my husband and I to sleep during the extremely hot nights. So happy I have been telling everyone how good it is. Now I have one in the living room and one in the bedroom. I would have also bought the tall fan (7ltr) but sadly out of stock.

Three weeks later, I am still waiting for my product, customer service is awful. Not happy at all.

The product was available at a competitive price and was delivered promptly. However, after ordering I received an email offering 10% off a first purchase. I requested my order be adjusted to reflect this offer only to be told the item was already discounted so didn't qualify.

Delivery was surprisingly prompt and in good condition, so can't get better than that. So far the dehumidifier is performing as expected, so all good.

You can't ask for a product review when I haven't even received it yet ! Quick enough to take the money - over a week now to deliver it.

I'm really disappointed as it stopped working after few days. Was very effective and was working well but stopped after few days.
After leaving it off for few hours it turns on partially as we can hear the fan sound but not functioning at all
