Good but does not heat up an average sized room. Only good for very small spaces. However light and easy to move around.

Not great - still not received item from over a week ago despite next day delivery. Customer service appeared very helpful - original parcel was lost in transit, but still not received the promised replacement. Been bombarded with requests to review item I havenÕt received yet!

Received the 12L Air fryer oven the very next day and was very happy. One of the accessory turned out to be faulty so I called the customer service and they were incredibly helpful. They patiently listened to what the issue was and sent a new piece that arrived two days later. The air fryer is great, love the rotisserie with which you can get succulent chicken in 40 minutes and with less fat. The rotating basket is very good too. I've dehydrated some blood oranges and they were quite tasty. Next thing I'll try to bake some biscuits. Many thanks to Alex for his great support! Also to Jordan and Corentin.

By being *totally honest* with product details! Far from being whisper quiet, it is in fact rather noisy**
