This is the best thing ever. Once turned it on it just made my fully condensed room improve within a day I now use it all over the house. Very happy customer , I have brought another one now.

After many attempts to contact through email, and going to their contact page, and asking for a call back, there is still no response. I purchased a 3 year guarantee at the same time as the product but keep getting emails offering me a 3 year guarantee. Product is excellent, customer service is rubbish.

The actual service was ok . Not to impressed with the product. The adverts for the product said it was good for a small garage.Sometimes get condensation and thought this would be ok.This looked better than other mini dehumidifiers for its price. Was going to send it back.Have had it on continuously but has collected very little in its water tank.I will keep trying it .

The dehumidifier arrived within stated delivery time, in excellent condition. Although I have just started using the dehumidifier it appears well made and as specified. The dehumidifier is working very well and I am pleased with my purchase.
