Happy with my purchase. I did a lot of browsing for the dehumidifier, which would be best for my purpose. I liked something but it was on a different website so I just googled the name for further information. I came across this website. Never heard before. But Ive read the reviews, liked what i found and so placed an order . And was super impressed- next day delivery for free, the actual dehumidifier appears to be perfect. Yes, i would buy again from them.

Very quick delivery, but the item itself did not work at all did not collect any moisture at all. Not worth buying.

Communication is excellent I hope the product turns out to be equally so! The only problem I have I purchased direct and Amazon sold same unit £2 cheaper

Horrible experience. Delivery was not to my house, so in the middle of a storm I had to go chasing it among my neighbours and bring this heavy dehumidifier myself. And the customer service didn't put any effort in solving the issue of £40 difference with the price on Amazon. Prices on this website don't match cheaper prices on Amazon, I did a terrible mistake from buying directly from Pro Breeze. If you are reading this, Never Do It ! By the way, product is great. What a pity my experience was that bad.

Overall I am very pleased with the overall product and the speed and efficiency of delivery. The only reason I havent given five stars is because only a day or 2 later the product had reduced significantly in price for a promotion and in fact is even cheaper on Amazon. I would rather purchase a product knowing it is priced correctly in the first place without the frustration of wasting a lot of money , in this case approximately £70 for the 2 items I purchased.

The delivery was quick and undamaged. Unit has a very low hum to it, does not disturb sleep. It occasionally has gurgling noises which is normal for humidifiers, so IÕm told, about every 45mins, I have got used to it now. Air quality is helping my breathing during the night with the central heating. I like the fact I got a unit this size as I fill it every other day. Straight forward design and easy to refill and put back in use. I feel it is a excellent price compared to others on the market.
