Purchase went very smoothly with next day delivery. Thereafter, it was problematic in registering for extended warranty online. Did not receive confirmation via e-Mail as promised several times over a number of days.

The only way to contact this company is via email. No other way to do it .I ordered a product at the end of October and it was damaged on arrival.To be honest I think it was packed damaged as the delivery box was in perfect condition.The fin on the radiator was buckled and the plastic on the front was split open.I emailed there "help" email address supplying order number/batch number order date and attached photos.To-date there has been no response (only an automated reply asking for details i've already supplied ??) I feel i've been completely ripped off. I spent £94.99 on a radiator thats not fit for purpose and can't get hold of these people to return it. I notice they have customer services reading and relpying to comments on this website.HOWEVER, they give you the same "help" email address to contact them on.The SAME one they don't respond to. If i have no response within the next few days I will be contacting trading standards. Avoid this company and purchase elsewhere.
