Great process from start to finish, good website to place the order and prompt delivery the following day, all we need now is some hot weather so we can properly test out air cooler, at least this year we're prepared in advance.

Service has been excellent and help through chat great Re warranty also great. Product looks good Tried last night. Appeared to function but did not cool room. Might be because room was only 23.4 deg C. Keen to try when hot

Great price and a good size to cooling ratio. Some significant scratches on top of the case which made it look reconditioned rather than new, even under the 'scratch guard stick on film.

I originally ordered the for wrong air cooler in error. Charlotte from the customer service was very helpful in making sure it was cancelled in time to avoid it going out in next day delivery. I re-ordered the correct the Air Cooler and so far so good. Happy with my purchase.
