This was bought for my partner and she loves it. It was really easy to order, we were kept updated on the delivery times etc. It arrived on time and it was easy to activate the warrantee. Everything was clear and concise. Hassle free shopping for an excellent product at great price

After successful completion of the paypal payment, the order was rejected by ProBreeze. At this point, ProBreeze should have rejected the Paypal payment, but instead, ProPreeze accepted the payment. I was in a situation where the money had already left my account but ProBreeze would not fulfill the order. I had to contact customer support: First I was told by email that the order can go ahead and received an order confirmation by email. Later I was contacted by ProBreeze that they believe my transaction is fraudulent and I need to provide a photo ID to be able to make a purchase. I declined and requested a refund. The online payment process is flawed and there is not enough investment to iron out the edge cases. The human based support is responding quickly, but sending out contradictionary messages.

Great product, great service, but the glue on the warning sticker on the vent cover is way too strong. Took me 20 minutes of scrubbing to remove the gluey mess.
