I only used it once. Now It wont turn on. Wanted to use it in this hot weather to keep my 3 months old baby cool. Been chasing them to resolve this issue. It has been 3 days still no response. I dont recommend this company at all

I received my dehumidifier very quickly and the product itself works brilliant. We are I an old house that can get damp but not had anything mould appear since using this. And, able to dry clothes with it too!

After purchasing the pro breeze 12000btu 4in1 unit. I realised once in my place the fan was unsuitable for security of my house due to the window vent and window being open on a ground floor flat. I’ve tried multiple times to get feedback from ProBreeze about returning the unit but I’ve had nothing. Also to find they won’t accept returns once it’s been opened. Which is absurd.
I don’t recommend the company! i’d say you’re better going to a well known shop like currys or appliances direct instead of here for anything along these lines

I emailed customer service & got a reply from Karen asking for some more information & a video of the prodlem which I sent immediately, the following day I recived an email say a replacement would be sent out to me. I found the cooler for sale on amazon from one retail group for £109.99. but decided to purchase the cooler from pro breeze direct at £139.99 because i thought i would get a better service, especially with after sales. I was contacted by ORG to let me now that the delivery would be late, which meant i was dealing with ORG anyway. What a waste of £30. Asking for a review of cooler after 2 days in cool weather is a bit pointless.

I bought a ProBreeze De-Humidifier in 2019 and it worked great, until not long after warranty it started to act up but still worked pretty well. Unfortunately lately it just constantly freezes up and does not defrost so I bit the bullet and bought a new one - Refurb'd model 20L version.
Just got it this week and works fine.
However 2 things
1. It turned up with a dirty filter that I need to clean first
2. It seems to run 'slow'. I use it in my basement of my shop that is always always damp and when I first turned it on the humidity indicator ran up to 88-89% and I set it to MAX dehumidify. I am only emptying out 1/2 - 2/3 of a tank twice a day...morning then night. And had it on for 4 days now and still only down to 82% humidity. My original ProBreeze would have filled up and stopped twice a day at those levels.
Seems to be working solidly - just seems 'slow'
