My first dehumidifier was faulty - it would not run continuously. I received a lot of helpful advice from the helpline and we tried all kinds of possible solutions.I was offered a replacement or my money refunded but I was so impressed by the lady on the helpline I decided to buy again from ProBreeze. I could have bought from any supplier. My new unit is operating satisfactorily so far.
