This site had the best price for the 500ml dehumidifier online and they even then sent me a 10% off code. With the free delivery which they shipped within a few hours of me ordering, I recieved it the very next day! Could not ask for better service and the dehumidifier is brilliant...the whisper technology is slightly louder than I expected but definitely not enough for me to not use it or complain in any way.

The fan heater I bought had some had some marks on the front where some of the paint had come off - straight out of the box. Amazon did not have any more of the same model but after a few emails to you I sent it back and bought the replacement direct from yourselves. There was some confusion about the exact model but I would like you to thank Hanna for dealing with the problem - she was very willing and very prompt getting back to me. It’s a shame when something is faulty but if only some firms were as keen to put things right as you have been ! Thanks again - the heater and a smaller bedroom one from you are very nice.
