Only used a couple of times so far - just for chips - bit fiddly when taking bowl/basket out of machine but think it will 'give' with use. I have to put my hand on top of the machine to pull the basket out . It was delivered promptly and well packaged. Had a tefal before so this is quite different and still getting used to it. Like the fact it switches its self off when 'shaking' and at the end. Would love a cook book to cover this machine - the little one is handy but would like to see what else I could do.

This is the second unit I have bought from you. The first dehumidifier was excellent and your delivery was quick and sure. I have now bought another unit with a bigger capacity and again the performance is excellent and your service superb.
