The air fryer had a scratch on it and when I enquired I only got offered 10% partial refund instead of an exchange. Not very happy with the service at all. Why should I pay for postage when it’s not even my fault that the air fryer is damaged? Now I’m stuck with an air imperfect air fryer that I payed good money for. Very disappointed to be honest.
