I had a slight issue with my order ( no fault of Pro-Breeze ), but the customer service that I received from Martha and Joshua was second to none. No hesitation in recommending the company.

Delivery courier (DPD) left package outside on a step in heavy rain, despite delivery instructions to leave in a safe place (the shed). Your customer service was excellent with a quick response and refunded 10% of the cost of the item.
