Product good customer service poor, I received the product however it was damaged. Long story short, 25 emails later I still have a damaged (but working) 9000 btu aircon unit. The long story, I was told a replacement unit would be with me within 3-5 working days. I chased the supplier on the 5th day to make sure I wasn’t going to be left without a unit and they responded that they had since sold out and I would not be receiving a replacement. They then refunded me the money and arranged the pickup of the damaged unit. Which turned up when I said I wouldn’t be there. I then had to arrange to pay for the item that I hadn’t sent back. It’s quite a lot of money to spend on a damaged piece of hardware. In the end I gave up, it has a two year warranty so hopefully the damage is only cosmetic I seemed to get more emails asking for a review than I did getting the issue sorted at the start.

1st item/parcel arrived and when opened it was damaged, reported it Immediately Via online chat with pro breeze website.A young Lady by the name of Charlotte expressed concern & apologies and instructed me to take pictures of the damaged item & barcodes and to send them via the chat line.It was immediately agreed that a replacement would be sent to the delivery address/my home with 24 hr rapid response delivery as I was going on holiday 48 hrs later with grandchildren on camping expedition.
The replacement arrived the very next day in perfect working order and I was instructed to recycle the original Heater. Charlotte was my little Angel that day for her kindness and professional handling of the faulty goods and yes we had a perfect Holiday with perfect weather ( Charlotte is PERFECT ) thank you pro breeze

The 12000btu unit we purchased is perfect, we sleep in the loft conversion which gets very warm. 35C when we put the unit in & left on overnight, best sleep we've had in the hot weather. The room was down to 18C in the morning. Now we tell Alexa to turn on the ac an hour before we go to bed - couldn't be easier don't even have to go upstairs to turn it on.
