I bought the 10L Air Cooler and delivery was prompt, however the Cooler leaked out the level indicator the first time I filled it and it leaked all ove rmy kitchen.
So I never got an opportunity to use it. I contacted Pro Breeze on the email as they don't have a phone number. Since then;
I've only received 3 responses asking for a photo or video of the leak. All emails asking for the same thing I had already sent. These photos and information of the leak have been sent 5 times now, with another 4 emails enquiring of the progress. I am yet to get the issue rectified and keep being told their products are of the highest quality. Evidence proves otherwise!
So I have a faulty Air Cooler and get no response from Pro Breeze. Dreadful experience to say the least, Ive also waited 2 weeks for them to not rectify the issue before typing this review. I feel I have been a more than patient customer.

The service was efficient and delivery smooth and on time. However, I was given conflicting days of delivery. I was first told delivery was second day, them it became three days,no had to change my appointments (outside) to wait On deliver the hen at the last moment I had to change again. I only three hours of time for delivery, affecting my later appointments. Product is good, but thought it would put Out colder sir with more time for refilling. All in not terribly disappointing. No.
