Poor delivery service, poor communication - possibly lying about order status, no phone numbers for quick resolution- item arrived like 2 weeks late.

Great product and very fast delivery . They kept me upto date with delivery information and gave me a time and day slot for delivery which was easy to change to a day I was home . The product is great and has done wonders for the flat as there was alot of condensation so much that you couldn't see out of the windows but with the dehumidifier we have now every morning we have clear windows .

After sales communication to check everything was OK was excellent. Very pleased with my Bro Breeze clothes steamer, hassle free way to wrinkle free clothes, especially good for blouses and shirts.

Stress free Purchase and delivered within 48 hours. Very pleased. So far the heater is a good quality, easy to use with either the timer or thermostat controlling the heat given off. Light and easy to move around makes it perfect to place it where needed. __.
