Came back to Pro Breeze to purchase 2 filters - oddly the ones in my 4 in 1 have only lasted 5 weeks not 6 months. I'm hoping that this is a one off otherwise it's going to be a costly exercise. These came quickly unlike the floor standing 5 in 1 Unit which never showed up.
Despite sending a few emails I didn't get a reply. When I did the reply said the goods were signed for. I had to then go back and show I had only signed for 2 filters and not the unit. It seems this experience has happened to others too.
Requested a refund which has now been processed. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing any more products from ProBreeze because of this poor experience. (apart from a new filter every 5 weeksđ€)

Great service. I needed help to decide which fan to buy as there are so many to choose from but I was dealt with with patience and politeness which means I would use Probreeze again and would recommend to friends.
