The online chat service was very good . However next day delivery should be next day delivery when you pay the premium for it..... The order confirmation email to the customer should be sent sooner at the point of order not when item is despatched.

Ordered an air fryer on Saturday lunchtime and received it the next day! Free delivery too, amazing service couldn't fault it. Used the product twice and so far so good. Excellent price, much cheaper than the big brands and a 2 year warranty so you can't go wrong. There was a "Thank you" card included which I thought was a nice personal touch.

This product is great - heats up a room very quickly and has been a life saver with our newborn. I use it for heating single rooms when we donÕt want the heating on throughout the house, mainly for night feeds and to keep the rooms toastie when we change the baby. It has static and osilating functions and is compact so doesnÕt take up much room which also makes it easily portable around the house. IÕm really pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it. I ordered directly from ProBreeze online and received the order quickly and was kept informed about my delivery.
