Having ordered and paid by PayPal I had an email saying the item had been reserved and to go to checkout to complete the purchase.I complained and had an apology. The item was delivered and the following day I again had an email asking me to return to Pro Breeze to complete the purchase.
An email from Pro Breeze told me it was a system problem at their end. I remain to be convinced.

I bought this after reading reviews on Amazon and I have to say I am amazed , I bought for the sole reason of drying out a back bedroom wall after having issues with my roof tiles , it has so far been great a full week later and has removed most of the moisture , very happy :)

Delivery didn't arrive and the help from customer service was very poor. I was asked for the order number on 2 emails which I had sent each time, I was even asked if I minded ringing the delivery company myself - ok but at least tell me where and who to ring! Would I use again - yes if there wasn't going to be a problem, no way if I was worried about having to try and find anything out. In total I spent more than 3 hours with emails calls to amazon delivery and on hold to Hermes!

I ordered directly from Pro Breeze as it was the cheapest price on offer for the radiator, easy payment made via PayPal, it was delivered by DPD, (this was the only problem as the delivery driver carried it upside down, even thought it clearly states it is fragile and has arrows on the packaging to show which way is up) but luckily the item was fine inside, well packaged, easy to assemble and instructions easy to follow. It is for my sons attic room that can get a little chilly but the rest of the house doesn't need heating so hopefully this will take the chill off the room early morning. After 2 days it seems to be working well.
